My wife and I have been going there for many years after the owner changed it has went downhill. We won't never stay there again. Unfriendly staff pools were broken no communication between office and residen no clean towels no cleaning of the rooms while you're staying. It used to be a very beautiful place to stay.
Quiet hotel, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Room was a little out dated but I find that it has an older charm.
Indoor pool is not heated. Hot tub not working. No fridge or microwave in rooms. Ice machine near our room not working. Kids were ok swimming but it was too cold for me. Facility needs to upgraded and maintained better.
Beds uncomfortable.

the room was clean but the communication between the staff and us was poor. they didnt communicate with us what they changed due to covid until we complained. no breakfast right now. they dont clean. rooms right now either. they closed the pool every day to work on it. you get what you pay for but it could of been worse.

Older motel with great staff and the breakfast was good. Bed okay, definitely quite.
Overnight stay, show & other activities made the outdated facility bearable. Loved the spiritual atmosphere
Great just off the strip location, quiet, outdoor and indoor pool. Room got a little warm at night even with a/c all the way down but we brought a little fan just in case that happened and it helped. We brought back donuts one night and the box was filled with ants in the morning, they were gone after the box was thrown out and we kept everything in the fridge after that with no issues.
The rooms are large and clean and check-in and check-out is fast. Staff is friendly. My only complaint was the internet. Finally just gave up on my computer as I frequently lost connections and when I had it, constantly loaded pages so slowly that it wasn't worth it. We also had to disconnect our phones from the system to receive email.

The front desk told. me that if I wanted a nice room to call them directly, otherwise I would get the rooms they can't rent. They have no elevators for their guests staying on the second floor. If you are disabled, then it's just too bad. The was an Extra charge for orbitz guests for microwave and fridge.
Nice hotel to stay in for the buck. Close to the strip and other eating location.
The indoor pool and hot tub was exceptional as well as the breakfast in am.The only drawbacks was the wifi was very slow and sluggish and the windows you could see outlines in and out of the room- other than that staff was very nice and rooms clean w comfy beds

Apologies for the impact these outages had on your stay. We are hopeful that all of those issues are expected to be addressed in our upcoming renovation.

Thank you for your response. You should have received a letter with all the Covid-19 communications on it at check-in. All of the above is addressed in this letter. We try to verbally express them also as time allows. Further, Expedia has a Covid posting on every property and reservation that is booked. We are all in a very unique and difficult time in dealing with the matters to keep our guests safe. I can't wait to return to normal service. The pool is only closed for a short time until the chemicals are in effect. So sorry we currently have to limit our service. Thanks for staying with us and expressing yourself.
