Pros is it is near airport and mall of america. Clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast is complimentary and extensive buffet style. Pillows were downlike. Rooms are very spacious. Like the bar and heggies pizza on 1st floor. Cons...Front desk was quick and responsive. I told them 2nd floor hall had no heat it was 30 degrees in hall. They fixed immediately. Beds in room 208 need to be replaced. Softness has gone down to an uncomfortable dip on one side of bed.

Here for 2 nights, stay was good, staff was friendly, rooms and hotel were clean. Close to light rail and mall. Only disappointing things was the hot tub was drained (didn’t ask why), internet was very spotty, especially in hotel room, and we had 6 people in our room and it was stocked with 3 towels, when we asked for more, we were told they didn’t have any. Eventually got some new ones the next day. All in all, it was a good place to stay and I would stay again.
Our family of four adults stayed briefly. Room, staff, breakfast was good. Wish room had some storage space and racks to hang towels. Also some toiletries would have been great - there was nothing provided.
Toilet continued to run after flushed without extra attention to get it stopped

Everything was clean and there was a ok breakfast scramble eggs sausage and waffles and other things the pool stays open until 11 on weekends my kids loved it

We stayed at this property for the convenience of the airport shuttle. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. Breakfast could have a few better options but we would absolutely stay here again.
We originally booked at another hotel, and it was horrible. We were there for a total of 30 min and so glad this place had available rooms. My kids loved it, the continental breakfast had something for everyone. It was so close to the mall which is why we were there!
Comfortable bed
Front desk staff was very nice and polite. Check in and out was a breeze. King bed suite was very spacious. However, a few things were not great about it. No tissue box anywhere in the room, very limited counter space in the bathroom, shower head didn't function correctly, at least a half dozen light and fan (maybe?) Switches that did absolutely nothing. Also a giant wall light ficture above the work desk that could not be turned off at all. My guess is the room was recently remodled and rather than take out all the old switches they just decided to leave them. None of those things are deal breakers and we would stay there again but just kind of odd for a hotel room.
