The bathroom was not cleaned very well and the bed was a little hard. But still not bad for the price.

I had to call a number to check in . Took him for ever . I paid 150$ and the furniture in the room out dated . Night front desk clerk was rude at times . I’d smoke cigs in my car there was a man staring then proceeded to walk twords my car waving his hand in the air I started to back out the he stopped turned around the proceeded to start waving his hand saying something again very uncomfortable feeling. Breakfast wasn’t really anything
The tv stations didn’t work. Only half of them. Beautiful property.

The people who work there are very pleasant. The breakfast was great different choices. The only bummer was the pool is still not working. Seems like a big job taking forever. Otherwise the stay was perfect.
The room and staff were very good, but: power went out repeatedly, no Wi-Fi some days, door locks rarely worked.
Great place to stay. They were renovating the rooms so it was a little dusty and busy in areas. The pool was closed for maintenance and the staff had no clue when it would be opened. That was a little disappointing to discover after a long day. Had to ask the staff several times to keep the breakfast stocked. Overall minor things but the hotel was clean and comfortable and I would stay there again.
Friendly staff, clean, nice amenities - fridge and microwave every room! Comfy beds Good location. Only downfall was the bar / restaurant closed for reconstruction and for some reason we could not figure out how to get the room fan to cool things down ( it was winter and unseasonably warm tho)

My first room had ants, but the staff was able to get me a new room quickly. However, the walls were so thin that I could hear my neighbor's phone vibrate. I was right next to the stairs, and the door kept slamming which shook the whole room. The bed was unbearably hard, and the breakfast was disappointing. Overall, I was very happy to leave. The only good thing was the staff. They were efficient and helpful.

The Parke Regency was the location of a family wedding reception, so it made sense for us to stay there as well. The price was quite good (I believe it was around $85) and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The reception went off beautifully, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Nothing was overly "fancy" but for our purposes, it was perfect. We were traveling with our 10-year-old daughter and she enjoyed the fact that there was a pool, and that kid loves a hotel breakfast bar. Very pleased with our experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if ever we find ourselves needing accommodations in Bloomington.
