bit of a sprawling facility which clearly needs updating. Clearly designed for conferences but if you're not there for one, suggest staying at one of the newer properties around (there are many)
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Shuttle was great to and from airport.
Check-in was very efficient and friendly! Rooms were clean and quiet for a great night of sleep before traveling!
Staff not too friendly. No drinkable water in the rooms Holiday inn always put some bottles in the room.
Asked for a wake up call and it didn’t happen. :(

Check in was great. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The downfalls were, it was advertised that they had a hot tub. When we went to the pool area, the “hot tub” was filled with dirt and PLANTS! The only other downfall was the next morning while we were still sleeping we heard a knock at our door then a housekeeper used a key card to COME into our room! When I called the front desk to complain she was very polite and apologetic and offered to give us points on our account to apologize for that morning. We have not received any points to our account. As comfy as the beds were I do not think we will be staying again at this location.

Had a great time, hung out at the bar, was full of gorgeous guys, no kids, quiet and safe. Loved the paper straws ..btw. Checkin and check out was seamless and hassle free. Hot tub was clean and relaxing. The room was very clean, beds are extremely comfortable. Just hop away from the Mall of America. If I ever go to MSP again. I won't stay anywhere else. Thank you!!
