Extended Stay America Bloomington - Normal

Room was very comfortable and clean! Wi-fi access reliable. Breakfast was a grab and go, which surprised us. We were expecting a continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay, and would come back again.

The hotel was in a great location. It was comfortable, clean and a good view.

Pros: relatively cheap, mostly clean Cons: seemed to be out of everything guests requested (i.e. air mattresses, extra pillows/blankets, double rooms when specifically reserved ahead of time), rowdy other guests, slippery top blankets that do not stay put all night, and slightly dirty bathroom, mostly uncomfortable beds. Ouch! I only chose to stay there for the night since our time in the room was minimal (less than 8 hours total). Continental breakfast was pretty cleaned out by the time we got to it at 7AM. If you can afford to stay somewhere nicer and need a comfortable room, I would not recommend staying here.

Great place to stay and a great value. Enjoyed my stay very much.

NICE PLACE QUIET PERFECT FOR OUR STAY WE STAYED TWO NIGHTS AND WAS WAS CLOSE TO OUR ACTIVITY

Very nice hotel except the beds could have been a little softer

Friendly staff. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Close to work.

Room was clean, quiet and close to everything. Able to eat in.

I only stayed for one night but I can imagine it would be very comfortable for an extended period of time.

was very good. wasn't feeling well so very quiet. Got the rest I surely needed

We were looking to stay in Champaign but a football game/dad's weekend brought us all the way to Bloomington. And no complaints. Our room was clean and comfortable. Having a kitchenette was perfect as well. We had a cooler full of food and drinks and the refrigerator was needed. Cable had enough channels to keep us happy, Wifi worked fine and the to go breakfast was good - muffins, fruit, coffee, oatmeal, and breakfast bars. It was a great value.

The hotel looks fine from the outside and the lobby, but then it is awful. Hallways are ugly and dark. I was not impressed. I was just thankful my flight required me to leave early and I did not have to stay long! There were definitely booking issues in this city due to an event. I travel a lot and and this is one hotel I will not use again.

We were put on a Smoking floor when we asked for non-smoking. Then the bathroom smelled like spoiled milk had been sitting for weeks. We were transferred to another room but downsized from 2 beds to 1. This room smelled better but wasn't any cleaner. There was pet hair all over the chair and the rug was dirty. Nothing at all like the pictures. I would not recommend this hotel.

Went there for Family Weekend at Illinois State University..reserved a no smoking room, was given a smoking room on a smoking floor. Called front desk to complain...woman said nothing she could do about it. Smelled horrible. Bad experience, they did nothing to try to appease us didn't seem like they cared at all.

Price was good but you get what you pay for. This location does not mirror other Extended Stay locations I have stayed in in the past but for the price I can not complain.

OK. Hotel is a bit run down but clean. Could use a exercise room.

We asked for more pillows. There was "none avialable" but an hour later we had 2 fresh clean pillows!!

Good price, plenty of room, very clean, all we needed.

We needed a place to stay while attending a wedding, but wanted something reasonable. Our room was very clean and roomy and it was close to Famous Dave's BBQ- a fantastic place to eat! If we ever need to go back to Bloomington-Normal, we would definitely stay here!

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The first room smelled of cigaretts and we were imediatlly moved to a new room. Very clean, nice kitchen, big tv and comfortable mattress.
