Venez découvrir le Lot-et-Garonne en séjournant dans cette agréable maison en pierres de style régional au cœur d'une forêt de châtaigniers et de pins.
Entièrement rénovée et située en pleine campagne, sur un terrain de 3.5 ha arboré, vous pourrez vous détendre au bord de la grande piscine ou sur la terrasse du gîte. Ce bel extérieur est idéal pour les beaux jours de printemps et d'été, vous pourrez profiter de cet espace pour déguster des produits locaux et cuisiner au barbecue.

Il comprend une chambre avec un grand lit en 160cm, une seconde avec un grand lit en 160cm et un petit lit en 90cm. Et pour que vous soyez à l'aise à 6 personnes, vous disposez d'un canapé lit dans le salon.
Le gîte est de plain pied, à proximité d'une autre habitation mais sans vis-à-vis (plus de 100 mètres).

A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
