Bed bugs on the room Don’t stay here This place is disgusting
When you walk in there’s dirty tarps and ceiling tiles missing all over. The lounge is boarded up. Hallways are dirty. There was mold on door to my room. My room was dirty, smelled like mold, stains on the floor, hole in the bed, drapes wouldn’t completely close giving everyone walking by the ability to see into my room, bathroom sink had stains, bathtub water whistled and sputtered, and the drain stopper was dirty-slimy-smelled. When then checked out the pool area which looks like NOTHING in the advertised pictures! Poorly lit, scaffolding and building materials all over, the pool looks like its NEVER been cleaned, dirtiest pool I have ever seen in my life, home grade electrical space heaters plugged into walls while electrical cords sit it puddles of water, and what would be the hot tub is covered in potted plants and fake grass. I went back to the desk, expressed my concerns about the conditions, and I was told that my sign in form says no refunds after 15 minutes. I immediately left, called Orbitz, and for the next 2 days Orbitz called 4 times attempting to get my money back but was given one excuse after the other from this property. I will be following up with all legal means at my disposal to address this nightmare I experienced. DO NOT STAY THERE!

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. The cleanliness in the room was subpar and the bed was broken. If you sat on it by the pillows, the mattress folded up on the bottom
the hotel was good and welcomed us, for its price it was good the only thing that there was no cleaning or change of sheets but it is understandable because of covid in other cases one can ask for this at reception.
NO frills hotel. Front desk girl was awesome. Genuinely friendly. Hot tub in room was clean. Good price. Will go back.
The room needs some serious updating.. from the cracked sink in the bathroom to the worn carpet. Also the pillows on the beds were horrible.. very soft and not enough of them
It wasn’t the worst but it wasn’t the best. We stayed 3 nights, no one came to make the bed or bring new towels the 2nd day but Front desk was very nice.

The hotel is undergoing some renovations, so right now, not much curb appeal, we were worried when we pulled up. Inside, things were fine, nothing special but clean. There were lots of cameras, but some of the hall lights were out. The room was clean and spacious.
Poor supply of breakfast food and beverages. Out of eggs and juice with 20 min to go til breakfast time was done. No milk left to drink -- so I poured myself some of the milk set out for cereal. Limited vending machines, looks like they have been here 40 years. Cigarette odor in hallways. Room was dated. No TV channel guide; built-in facial tissue compartment in bathroom had no box of tissue, just an old metal framework; few outlets for device charging. I'm usually easy to please, but this was not worth the price. Looks much nicer online than in person!
The pool was really small and the breakfast time was short considering the number of guess , makes the breakfast room crowded
Good location for us. Room wasn’t the greatest as far as work needed to be done, some lights didn’t work and a little run down.
