LOCATED on a 1/3rd acre historical property, one block from the water. This guest house has a double trunk daybed, two twin mattresses, and an Ikea couch that converts to a double bed.

THE KITCHEN: is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee and tea service appliances, and a toaster oven.

HOT WATER: an on-demand gas water heater, which ensures all guests have enough hot water for long showers.

BACKYARD: has a patio with an awning for outdoor sitting and entertaining during rainy days.
