We needed a place to sleep when weather got bad. This was a clean, nice, cheap place to stay. We would stay there again.

The only accessible power outlet went out during my first week and I immediately reported it to get it fixed. Nobody fixed it for over a week on the day before my checkout. Not only that but on several occcasions the garbage was not emptied and ignored by housekeeping. And on my last night before checkout when I would have left a tip for the housekeeping staff they left the bag containing all other rooms dirty towels and rags open and strewn about the entrance inside my room. The WiFi was a nightmare to connect to, I had to ask for their customer support for it and then directly contact their service provider to have my laptop, console and phone able to connect to it. On top of that Rudy the morning front desk clerk is friendly but the breakfast is hardly that, the coffee is mediocre and when I had to do laundry in the only washer and dryer labeled “For Guests Only” a staff member was doing their persona laundry in them and would leave their personal items in the machines for hours. The pool has rules listed for hygiene purposes yet several families did exactly what was posted that wasn’t allowed such as swimming without a bathing suit or children in diapers that weren’t “swimmer” diapers. Overall the rate was way more than the overall value. The beds themselves are also very uneven and lumpy where some springs are completely shot and others are still stiff.

The hotel was ok. It was priced well and we got what we paid for.

We've stayed hear less than a year ago, and what a difference a year makes. Used to be hot breakfast, now just continental, and not even good. We were looking forward to their hot breakfast. Restaurant is now closed, hotel and rooms are dated, and beds were uncomfortable ... think it's time to change out mattresses. Room rate on Orbitz was decent, but won't be returning.

We arrived at the motel in the afternoon, went to the front desk to check in, the staff was friendly, no problems at all. We opened the door to our room, and immediately, I was stunned as to the size of the room, so small, there was no microwave or fridge, which I confirmed with a man on the phone the previous day we arrived, there is in fact both in the room. The room was so small, outdated, as I sat for a minute, I thought to myself, nope! We need a different room, either a microwave and fridge so we went to the front desk, explained to the gentleman, we have a 2 year old, and need a fridge for milk for her, he was nice, and gave us a different room. The new room was a little bigger, which was fine. Bed was uncomfortable bathroom sink was not draining well, just outdated. Pool and hot tub was very nice, breakfast was very cheap, had cereal, waffles a yogurt machine, not much, but ok. All in all, the stay was uncomfortable, bad bed and very noisy. I wouldn't stay again.

nice room nice staff,we will stay again.rooms were clean and they are the best at making you feel at ease and welcome

Nice hotel and what was really nice is that they have a restaurant and lounge so we didn't have to go anywhere to eat the night before my husband was going to have surgery.

My priorities of a clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff were meet. I would stay there again.

Pool area could be updated a bit. Very nice continental breakfast!

We had a very friendly clerk when we checked in and the room wss very clean and updated with a nice floor plan.. Everything wass clean and worked very well and the bed was especially very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very good with a lot more food items than you will find at other hotels offering continental breakfast. Overall very satisfied,

The Kelly Inn in Bismark is a good value. Its not perfect due to the fact that they, like the rest of Bismark, are struggling to hire and keep good help. The staff they have will do the best they can to make your stay enjoyable.

room had a bad odor, older motel and no breakfast.

The hotel was nice and clean. We were only there for a short time but we enjoyed the spacious room. I would stay there again.

Hotel is in drastic need of a complete renovation. Carpets, room decor, etc. all needs refreshing. Air conditioning was not working in our room. We were moved to another room but the AC did not work much better in there. Hotel staff was very nice and polite but they indicated that was the best they could offer. Pool was great but pool area had significant sections of floor with cracked tiles that I would consider a hazard for smaller kids. The only saving grace was the pool (as previously mentioned) and a great restaurant on site. The pool and hot tub were clean and water temperature was great. Minerva's restaurant was spectacular. Even for the low price, I would not stay here again.

The room exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly. Conveniently located on the highway and close to restaurants etc...

room was clean, staff pleasant, food good, will certainly stay again

Was close to a fire station that thankfully did not activate during the night. Great room otherwise.

The check-in-lady, Diane, had given me a room as far from the lobby as you can get. When I asked for a closer room, she could not 'because her cleaning crew was not able to clean the rooms. She charged my card for a room that was pre-paid, and at check out, the credit had still not been done. Not often will I say this, but I will not stay at another Kelly Inn!!!

We were greeted by warm and friendly staff. Deliciously comfortable bed, immaculate room, quiet and cool. Pool was a Godsend! Would recommend to family with children or anyone!

stay was very nice only complaint i have is the wifi was suspect made it hard to complete my work.

I am sorry the weather, wasn't great when you passed through, our city. We have a lot to do in Bismarck, hopefully the next time weather will be better. Our housekeeping staff is second to none. They take great pride in their work. Guests are very important to us.
