Our room was very nice. Our room key wouldn't let us in the side door from outside and there was a handtowel hanging in the bathroom that looked like it had been used otherwise we had a great stay!
I could hear walking, talking, traffic and water all night long. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Severely leaning bathroom floor. Won't stay again.
Overall, this hotel is fine for a one night stay. The only reason I stayed at this hotel was because all of the Hilton owned properties were a bit too expensive for my road trip in this city. I haven't had the greatest luck with Marriott owned properties so I was a bit hesitant. The staff is civil, but you get the standoffish vibe. There is definitely no genuine friendliness. The breakfast was fine and filling. My main gripe was with the Wi-Fi. It was absolutely terrible and I eventually gave up trying to connect online. I suppose I could've paid for premium Wi-Fi, but I personally believe that the basic free Wi-Fi should at least allow you to access regular, non-streaming websites, even if they do load slowly.
This hotel was clean and quite! I love the modern touches. The Pool area was also very clean.
Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Love when rooms have fridges and microwaves. Delicious continental breakfast in the morning. Pools and a hot tub for the family to enjoy. Very kind staff and very accommodating when we decided to stay another night.
I stayed only one night, and that was plenty. The room was way too hot, even after shutting off the heat. I did not open the window because of the weather.

The bed was comfortable, the water hot, and it had good internet coverage. So my big three items were covered and are what I would expect from a Fairfield Inn. The rest all needed work. I returned early to my room prior to a dinner meeting (around 5pm) and the room had yet to be cleaned. When it was cleaned it was done so mostly in name only. The wet towel remaining on the floor was just the most visible sign. With just a little bit more effort the hotel could be ok.
This hotel was reasonably priced for the location and was recently renovated with a modern look. It was beautiful. The breakfast was exceptional. The only bad thing I have to say is that out room was right next to the ice machine and it was very loud in the early hours of the morning! Other than that... great place and will come back, but will request not to be by the ice machine!!
The rooms were very nice though maybe a little small. We had everything we needed and were pleased to find a refrigerator. We didn't like that the only ice machine was on the first floor and that you need to take the elevator or walk to the end of the hall to use the stairs. All in all, this is a nice hotel.

We stayed at the Fairfleld Inn for a wedding. We were impressed with the clean rooms that were recently renovated. Lack of a full length mirror was a bit annoying when trying to decide what to wear to the wedding. The breakfast was a little sparse compared to other continental breakfasts, but nonetheless, it was a nice way to start the day. If we ever head back to Bismarck, we would consider staying here again.
