Room wasn't cleaned from night before. There was a urine stop on the sheets. Staff didn't care. It was horrible. Arrived at 11:30 PM. Showered and hit the road again at 1:30 PM because it was so disgusting.

This is definitely a 2 star hotel. We are taking a long trip and this is the most expensive place we are staying. Definitely not up with other places in this price range. The check in was easy. We called to say we were coming very late and they were all ready for us. The room was VERY small. The queen bed sagged terribly. After a long day in the car neither of us slept very well and felt terrible in the morning. The made to order part of the breakfast that comes with the room was good and quickly made. There seemed to be a selection of other items available as well. Staff were all very friendly.

Though our room was small, it was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. We also got to special order our eggs at breakfast and there was the best selection of choices we've seen in any hotel this trip. Sadly, the pool was under repair while we were there.

Motel was very clean, staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was great with eggs, pancakes, hash browns, bacon, etc. Very nice dining room. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again during the next trip to Bismarck.

On our way to Idaho and enjoyed this nice stop. We were given tickets for breakfast and the well staffed kitchenette accommodated all the guests with orders of eggs, different meat choices, pancakes, etc. I ate too much! Thank you. Helpful staff.

All of the hotel staff were very pleasant and accomodating. Best made to order breakfast in town! Eddie cooks up a great breakfast! Nice thick bacon and delicious hash browns; plus eggs made to your liking. The beds were a little hard. You could feel the springs. Time to replace those. The 24 hour fresh fruit and evening cookies and popcorn were a nice extra.

for the cost of the room, we felt like sardines in a extra small can. We had a queen bed, that was very uncomfortable.

Hot, made to order, breakfast. With, an extended continental breakfast bar. The best thing about the stay.

hotel was clean and comfortable. close to our destination.

For the price, in Bismarck, this is a great hotel. The breakfast in the morning is better than any hotel that I've stayed at in Bismarck. The room was small, but adequate for my needs. Nice tv, bathroom, and bed. Plenty of pillows. Could have been cleaner, but it wasn't terrible. Staff was friendly, and there was plenty of parking.

Very frendly and helpful people at the hotel. Excellent roon and bed. I would definately stay there again. Wireless connection worked flawlessly with excellent speed. Wish all my stays during my travels around the country were like this one.

Room very nice, was actually surprised. The only down fall was they didn't have all the rooms de-winterized yet, so it was in the 70's that day and my room was so hot and humid, hard to sleep in with no a/c, the alarm clock was broken, good thing I use my cell phone alarm, and the last thing was the lotion in the room was used and the seal was broken, I did look at the seal before I used it and as I was looking a hair fell off the bottle, gross! Housekeepers are getting a little lazy, and the manager needs to do follow ups. I am giving 3 stars for an average stay, with the above issues. I would also like to note the staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the friendliest hotel staff I come across so far.

The folks that take calls, mind the desk, greet are all super. They were extremely courtious and helpful from the time I staarted contacting them until I saw the motel in my review mirror. They were all very professional and you can be proud of your staff. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will rebook on my next visit to the area. Very clean and tidy since the renovation.

The main entrance was under construction and there were no outside signs directing customers where they needed to go to sign in. All but one entry door was locked and there were no signs directing customers which door to use. Once I got in the young man at the desk was rude and indifferent. So you will understand why I WON'T be back. When I called to make the reservation I should have been warned and told which entrance to use.

Most uncomfortable Bed I have ever slept in. Four pillows, fantastic, but they did nothelp me sleep. Very clean and very quiet. I tossed and turned all night due to the poor quality of mattress.

Was impressed with the breakfast eggs, pancakes, hash browns, sausage or bacon, and toast were all made to order... Accompanied by the usual fare (cereal, milk, fruit, etc.)

Checking in later in the evening, I was greeted to a smoking room. The air literally tasted like ash. Super nasty. But because it was the only room in Bismarck-Mandan and the only one within 4 hours, I went and fabreezed the room super well. The super awesome "hot and cooked just for you" breakfast they talk about was super mediocre and probably shouldn't be used as a selling point ever. Give me a bagel and a cup of bad coffee next time.

Room is small & we got the "wheelchair accessible room"-it was not good---door would barely close--room was smelly & damp--plus walls are thin--it was noisy--we'll not stay here again--price was lower than some other places--we'll pay more next time....LMB

Very friendly staff, nice, clean rooms, plenty of space to sit and visit with family members inside breakfast area. Largest pool I've ever seen in a hotel!
