Great job at front desk
Room had not been vacuumed, desk top was sticky , hair in the sink.
Our room had wallpaper peeling off the wall, the AC had broken parts and a thick layer of dirt all over it, one of the ceiling lights had a broken cover, the bed cover and shower curtain had brown splotchy stains, the bathroom wall had brown dripping streaks from ceiling to floor, the wallpaper in the bathroom was stained brown in spots and peeling, the bathroom fan didn’t work, the room smelled like a wet dog, the carpet had stains all over. The doors are so thin I could hear every single conversation in the hallway from within my room. In the hallway, I could hear people talking in their rooms or blowing their noses from down the hall. No my private AT ALL. Aesthetically, the decor is all straight out of the early 90s and very obviously outdated and run down. The elevator smelled horribly of cigarette smoke despite it being a smoke free establishment. One night there was an open can of alcohol in the elevator still completely full. The arcade was disgusting with popcorn and food on the floor, plus it’s used as extra storage for tables. The breakfast was overwhelmingly small. It was elbow to elbow with people in there. Overall it was extremely disappointing. Their social media marketer deserves a raise bc they made it look so nice and well kept online. It is NOT by any means. I booked for 4 nights and ended up checking out 2 nights early. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again. It really just brought a cloud over what was supposed to be a relaxing birthday weekend.

This was my second stay here and I will return. The employees are always friendly and welcoming. The hotel and grounds are clean and neat.
Every employee I came into contact greeted me and asked me how I was. They were pleasant and helpful. The inside and outside was clean and well maintained.
Dumpy run-down hotel. Not sure how it got rated so highly on Orbitz. Makes me much less likely to trust Orbitz reviews in the future. Definitely would not stay here again.
They have as lounge and an indoor pool. We were awoken at midnight by a drunk guy in our bathroom, IN OUR ROOM!. He had a key, but perhaps our door had not completely latched when we turned in. My husband had to fight to get him to understand he was in the wrong room. There should be more lighting in the parking lot as lots of smokers from the lounge were outside and it is very dimly lit. I wont stay again, but again, it may not have been the fault of the hotel that a strange, drunk man ended up in our room in the middle of the night!
I accidentally booked a single but they made accommodations for me even though they said they were full.
It was all good. Enjoyed stay will be back again. Hope you continue the free drink for guests

Checking in was quick and easy, very friendly and professional staff. This hotel is easy to find and close to restaurants, shopping and the freeway. Our room was very nice with nice extras (fridge and microwave), great beds with large pillows! The only complaints I have are that we were at the top of the stars which had quite a bit of noisy traffic and the stairs up to our room were not vacuumed (and needed it) the entire 4 nights we stayed.
