they simply don't have the least required facilities to keep you stay there. You can't have any wifi connection, even if you are ready to pay for it! While the rooms are fairly clean inside, hallways and common spaces in terrible conditions. No complain about their stuffs, though.

Very central place, close to most amenities, could use updates as it's getting older. Very helpful staff.

Well, I waited too long to get a rez and ended up here. Definitely off the beaten path, in an industrial part of town. The carpet in my room was dirty and had not been vacuumed. The bathroom was decrepit although seemed clean. I did not walk barefoot. Also, the location was bad for women travelers - nowhere to eat, except the pub at the hotel. Seems like a place for visitors (men) from Africa and the Middle East, which also made me a little uncomfortable as a woman traveling alone. Sorry of that offends anyone.. not for females traveling alone I would say.

Wasted my money because staffs were so unfriendly and didn't coordinate.

It is in a fairly dodgy area, but the parking was free and the room was clean. The service was efficient and I had absolutely no complaints. I was really happy about the price.

room was small, tiny , hotel is old and it shows , garbadge on the street outside the hotel. Shower dripped out took half hr to take a shower. bed was not big enough for two people but you could not fit a bigger bed in the room, it was a twenty five min . walk to anything , any attraction . I wouldnt stay there again , STAFF WERE ACES!

It is in a great spot to get to the rail station and shopping. Make sure you stay in an upgraded turret room, if you want a normal comfortable space to stay in for the long term. We were there for a week and for the most part were only there to sleep. We had no problems while there and would stay there again if we were to ever go back to Birmingham.

I had money stolen by the maid!!!! am so angry\\!!!!

need to be refurbished

perfect if you have own transortation, greate for money paid !!!!!

I went to the Paragon for only a night, and while it was find for bunking down, it was nothing special. About a 15 min walk from the main shopping centre in the city (the Bull Ring), it is in a very quiet part of town, with very little around it. The room was small and clean and very basic, it is not so much a three star property as a two star one. I had some trouble with hot water to my room which was dealt with swiftly and very politely by the staff. If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep and aren't fussed about luxuries, then the Paragon is excellent value.

It was pretty good and the bed was confortable. No foods close by so you can order and have food delivered.

I had a great time touring various sites in the UK. I went to London , Stratford-upon-Avon, and Warwick Castle. i enjoyed the stay at Paragon Hotel. The staff was very helpful in every way and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the historical views. This was my first trip to the UK and I will remember it always!

I was there on business and only in the hotel to work and sleep. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels.
