We had a free upgrade to a suite as a special surprise as we were celebrating my wife's birthday. Fabulous service, very friendly staff and we had an excellent stay.

Great location to grand central and the bull ring, room and bathroom was spotlessly clean and staff where very friendly. I would recommend the breakfast. Had it both mornings I was here. Best hash browns I have ever had anywhere!! Had an issue with the pillows in the room which had a funny smell to them and didn’t smell fresh. We asked reception if we could have new pillows which where promptly brought up to the room which where fine and didn’t have any smell to them. Watch out for the car park. On the radison website it says that parking is charged at £20 for 24hrs however when we went to pay it is in fact £30 for 24hrs. Overall had a very enjoyable stay and will be back again next time I come to Birmingham, I might just look for a different car park.
