I love coming to the Forest of Arden once a year. The whole package of hotel and golf is great. Check in easy. Two of us shared a twin room and got two queen beds. Room was very well appointed and clean. Food in the restaurant was good. We had a dinner, bed and breakfast package. The set menu was in my opinion poor compared to the a la Carter menu, so we all went to the latter. They then gave us a £25 credit for the a la Carter which just covered a main. This needs to be improved. The spa facilities are good with pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym. Golf course was excellent !!

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. My room cost me £85 including breakfast. So for the cost alone i would say its worth it. The food is always delicious, particularly conference catering. Drinks are reasonable too. The gold course is immaculate and you can run on the grounds by the lakes. Very picturesque. My only niggles are that some of the restrooms didn't flush well, one of the restrooms by the conference centre door doesn't work well (you can end up being stuck in it), some of the restrooms had an odour to it, there are no night lights you can leave on in the bedroom should you need to wake up at night to pay a visit. That aside, i would stay there again.

Hotel was fantastic, staff were all helpful, friendly and could not be more helpful. Rooms were clean, large and quiet the only down side was no fridge but you could have small one if you needed it for medication. The staff in the Zest bar were fantastic especially Mia and Daisy.

We were given a gift voucher as a present. Booked a room a few months ago, giving the voucher details. We had a really good stay, but on departure, we were charged the full price. No record of the voucher, and I didn't take it with me. I was given an email address by Tomas, to send copies to. 2 weeks and 3 emails later, I've heard nothing! Which means my voucher is "in limbo somewhere". This isn't quite what I expected from a Marriott. Apart from that, the room was good, bed comfortable and breakfast very good.

We stayed here for one night after visiting Hoys in the Nec, we woke up late and went down for breakfast just before 11am ( when It closes) and the staff were so helpful and kind, the manager went out of his way to help my friend who is coeliac and made us feel very important. We had a 50% in the spa and had full body massages, Maureen was an absolute sweetheart, I could have chatted with her all day also Charlotte the nail technician was lovely too. Overall a very good experience and would recommend and come back next year for Hoys! Keep up the good work guys !

A friend's wife bought him a Green days golfing break at this Marriot report with meals and two rounds of golf. Everything was first class from the clean and comfortable hotel rooms to the great food and friendly service. The two 18 holes golf courses are excellent and challenging. I would highly recommend it.

hotel attractive, good grounds, great swimming pool, good food, some very helpful staff. But we had list of complaints and trying to sort them out well no success so far. hotel busy lots of golfers, weddings so ordinary customer gets lost. very frustrated, weekend spoiled..

booked 2 rooms at hotel and checked in after long haul flight and our group of 3 told we could not eat at hotel as restaurant was full, no warning provided despite a few pre check in emails. good facilities but worst marriott we have stayed in for service. do not use if you expect to eat at hotel and a long drive to next place where you can eat.

Stayed at the forest of Arden Marriott for one night for a local party - well - what a place!! Beautiful hotel fantastically clean, staff bent over backwards to help and could not do enough to help, as I say we went out of the hotel to a local party and arrived back shortly after midnight. The bar staff continued to serve and were incredibly social. The room we had was very clean, tidy, and well resourced plenty of tea coffee. Tv in the room is Bluetooth enabled to connect your devices to. We will just go back to the hotel for no reason. It’s lovely my only critic would be the pillows on the bed area not the best but you can get extra from reception, all in all fantastic place would highly recommend 5 stars from me!!!

Stayed for business, and my overwhelming reaction was that this is the most wasteful hotel I've ever been to in terms of resources. Check-in was good but on arriving at my quite large room all lights were on, TV on, heating full blast to make it a sauna, yet both windows open to full width. As I was quite late it had presumably been that way all day. Generally the place is OK otherwise, although certainly doesn't justify the high prices. Health club good enough, food average, staff difficult to locate at times. But please, stop being so profligate with energy!
