In the city center and near a train station, Edgbaston Park Hotel & Conference Centre is in an area with good shopping. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Birmingham Botanical Gardens and Cannon Hill Park, while Broad Street and National Sea Life Centre are popular area attractions. Chinese Quarter and StarCity are not to be missed. Our guests appreciate the hotel's central location.
Single bed felt rather small but that might just be a me issue I recommend using the Uni gym/pool. Ask for a pass at reception
Nice location and very quiet. Not walking distance to downtown but easy access with buses and trains. Reception desk with very friendly staff, and Vera was mostly helpful taking her time to answer my questions and giving me information. A good experience.
An excellent hotel. My only criticism is they serve rubbish jam, a hotel of this calibre must have Tiptree!
We were not able to charge our electronic devices, to have a tea or coffee in the room, to switch on our bed side lamps etc, there was not any service at the breakfast, we were not allowed to have breakfast at the restaurant and were forced to take and carry our teas, coffees etc to far away were we were sitting, overall it was a terrible stay, the hotel was overloaded, the hotel does not have a full facilities to accommodate so many guests, we paid £168 for one night and received a discrimination
