It seemed like it has been recently remodeled. Loved the bed, mattress so nice and firm. Very clean linen - bed and bath. For privacy, it would be a good idea to have the curtains & track extend well beyond the actual window. I was able to 'fix' this concern using other props :-) Will stay again.

We stayed one night during our travel and it was a comfortable room in good location for us.

Hotel staff was great and accommodated our requirements without any problems. Our stay was a spur of the moment thing for a funeral and they worked with our schedule without any complaints. The only reason for the 3 star on the facilities was that they were dated but I feel it reflects in the price. Definitely would stay again.

I called Orbitz back to get a non-smoking room, got there, they put me in a smoking room, had them change it and payed extra $10.00 for non smoking. Room was not sound proof nor is door sealed from draft or insects, had issues with deadbolt sticking. Mattress was minimal. I killed an Insect crawling up wall.

People next door where making noise and yelling until 2 am

It was a nice room and comfortable. Was glad we picked that hotel good exit off of Interstate and could not ask for a nicer hotel staff . could not walk stairs so they got us a room on the bottom floor.

The review that I read prior to reserving a room showed this hotel to have a 2 1/2 star rating. It way exceeded that.

The room was a great value for the money! The staff was very pleasant and offered help with directions etc. my only complaints would be the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors quite well and the tub in the room I was in was plastic and had several patched holes.

Granted, this was a case of "any port in a storm" during the freakish January blizzard, but it might have been better to save the money and sleep on the floor at the office. The staff were very pleasant, though, and held up well under awful conditions.

I have no comaints. It was a great price for a nice room. They messed up my room & gave me smoking but had no problem correcting it. Would totally stay there again.

Upon arrival the clerk said never book with agency always call and book it I was supposed to have microwave and refrigerator they didn't the pool was dirty full of leaves and algea they were just to lazy to clean it breakfast was never enough when u go to get it it was gone

We reserved queen bed, when we checked in air conditioner didn't work so they moved us to another room but it was only full size bed which was a little inconvenient for us. Overall room was clean, convenient for us and staff was friendly.

It was fine, room service runs too early.

Visited my sister and made reservations (for a King-size bed) through Orbitz for 4 days. When I got there, the man told me that he could only give me a King-size bed at the very end of the building where (the free Wi-Fi)would not go through. I was offered the computer in the front office to come in and "use". I reluctantly accepted the room, although I was disappointed. What bothered me was this motel had approximately three cars on the front side of the buildingthe entire 4 days that I was there, yet the man told me that I could only be in the room where there was no internet! The room was very unclean. The comforter had what looked like a burned "cigarette" hole and the initial "K" written in pen on the inside of it. Toilet had "stuff" in it and tub was also very dirty. Rusty stains were on the towels and dark stains on the sofa bed. Sheets and pillowcases were a "dingy" white. Also dirt had built up on the top edges of the shower tiles! Staff was unfriendly. Fitness room was 1000 degrees--and the air conditioner didn't blow cool air. The treadmill didn't speed up and made a loud noise. Plus the fitness center opened up at 7:00 a.m. instead of 5:00 a.m.! Suggestions: Open the fitness center hours much earlier so people can exercise, make breakfast, and get to whatever place they need to in a timely manner. Please be professional, very friendly, and care about your guests--since they pay to stay there. Please, please, please, check your sheets and towels before placing them in the rooms and please clean the bathroom thoroughly.
