Was bad at check in 1 hour. Orbits card failed to Pay hotel. Dining area not clean. Rooms stink of smoke. Wifi spotty at best

Stayed here out of desperation. It's an old motel that has been renovated. Room was very clean but the tv didn't work. Staff couldn't fix. Bed was a cheap mattress with no support. Bath was nicely renovated and updated.

Electrical problem first room. Tolite and bug problem second room

The hotel was just what I wanted. Nothing fancy but a comfortable clean room at a good price. The hot breakfast was nice the air-conditioner worked and I got a quiet nights sleep. The microwave and mini-frig in the room was a real plus. I appreciated the staff was able to get me an adjoining room with a family member even though we weren't reserved together because we were staying a different number of nights. The only draw back was I couldn't connect to the free wifi. Since this wasn't a big deal to me I never tried to resolve the issue.

First off I booked a queen bed, it was a double. There was NO hot water, the shower didn't work, there was one towel, the TV didn't work, and the staff could careless about any of our complaints! I hope they takes this particular motel off of their booking site! I've stayed at this hotel brand name many times, but this one was horrible!

We checked in at around 5:30 pm on 15 July. We had 2 rooms, went to my daughters room first, to find messy sheets on the bed with hair on them...went to front desk to let them know i wasnt happy, and manager pointed her finger in my face and said to give them a chance to rectify the room. I went to my room, to find, duct tape holding the curtians together, cieling was falling in, the bed was messy, the mirror in bathroom had toothpaste splatter still on it! the sink was dirty, there were dried cup rings still on the counter top. the toilet was not flushed, and the bath tub had hair in it. needless to say, we went to front desk and said to cancel our rooms, we booked rooms at another hotel that cost me 170 bucks each! it was 6 by that time and i was beat from driving, tired, worn out and just wanted to relax. I cannot believe Days Inn would put their bramd on this hotel...it was the worst ive ever seen...let alone, the pool that we saw pictures of online....was clean...but the one at the hotel....not even close...it was green and had leaves and bugs floating in it...trash lying around it... never again will i go to a days inn!!!

I was on the third floor and the elevator was not working....stairs were outside so everythng had to be carried up all those stairs in the heat...not a happy camper!

This was truly a nasty experience, from the Goose dropping covered walkway to the algea green pool the entire experience was disgusting! Our non smoking room smelled like an ashtray and the carpet was so dirty I didn't take off my shoes after the first night. We had to stay in this hotel for a soccer tournament and believe me, I don't recommend this place to anyone!

Luckily, we needed a room for just one night. Will not stay at this motel again, ever! Motel was not heavily booked the evening we stayed but we were given a room on the third floor. Ice machine on our floor was not working, only the one on the first floor. Bed did not have a bedspread on it, just an afgan type blanket. Bathroom was freshly painted but little signs of neglected were obvious. Such as the shower curtain rod was loose and dangled. Shower stall itself had cracks in the fiberglass by the hand hold. Floor was a white tile but the grout was filthy. Carpeting in room needed replacing. Bottom of door into the room was not sealed and cold air and who knows what else migrated into the room. TV did work and the room heater worked. Sheets were clean. We were glad when the sun came up and we could shower and get out of there. This place needs lots and lots of upgrades. Too many corners are being cut to warrant the $85 we paid for the night. This place is making life really easy for their competition.

Awesome location, amazing front desk and housekeeping staff. Great value for a king size bed, clean room and bathroom and excellent wifi-connection. Will return next month. Most important good coffee to get your day going.

Overall, the hotel was very good. When we got to the room we discovered that the neither the phone nor the wireless were working. I reported it to the staff on my way back to the room. They stated that they would report it to maintenance. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt resolution and the attentivenss of the staff to making sure that the issues were resolved before they went back to the front desk. Awesome customer service.
