cleanliness in room is lower than 3star things are super expensive than singapore. after paying room rate, you need to pay for basic things like even bicycle and badminton courts need to pay again. if you want to walk in night, you cannot because street lights are only limited areas you cannot have stroll all over
It is my 5th time going back nirwana garden, each and everytime gave me wonderful experience. The food is nice specially the kelong restaurant, for 5 years, the quality of food never drop. The staff is friendly as well. For all the nirwana garden, thank you for the great exprience you gave me.
This one finds it self in an odd place between a beach-side shack to a fancy resort, but does well. The room was clean and petite. A minute walk towards the beach with a pub, where you can Kayak, Para-sail and bunch of other things. Me and my wife had a wonderful time here. The amenities are as advertised. Negatives: If you were expecting to stay in a fancy hotel you are wrong. The bathroom is just about adequate, and not lavish. They where small with no separate shower and toilet corridors. They also had one of those instant water heater, whose water is hot only when the pressure is low. They work, and is plenty enough for the island. (It didn't trouble us enough to lodge any complaint) Also, to note, the bathrooms were very clean! The room itself is oddly shaped, creaky floors and a bed with wheels! (Not fun when you were planning on sex) Again I am nitpicking and being whiny here. For some odd reason when I booked I expected a fancy cottage near the beach and that did not happen. However, I wouldn't say I am disappointed, wanted to just let you know what you are signing up for. 10/10 Would go back here! Had plenty of fun
stay there comfortable， the meal deal is valuable. we were.given coupens for bowling and tried for first time, the staff would guide u and easy to learn! clean beach with not so many people, quiet and relaxing
During a business leisure trip, some of us stay at beach club due to budget constraint. It depends on your luck, it is so lucky that we met rain pour and at night it is quite cooling. My mates have mosquitoes attack which give them quite a bad impression on the stay. Other than that, you get what you pay and i still feel slightly more expensive to stay.
Resort and room is nice. Were able to enjoy our stay for 3d2n. A lots of amenities and activities to enjoyed so you will not get board if you don’t feel to swim all day. They have free shuttle bus that can fetch and drop u. For the food I must say that it’s really pricey though I was informed already so we bought some snacks and drinks in sg and brought over so can keep more money to spend for the activities. 😅 but all in all it was a nice experience. Thank you for the friendly staff also.
The place was good nice view from the room the staff were friendly and food was good but a bit overpriced the pool side bar staff were outstanding in their service a special mention to them Andriyanto , Salim, and Eny made our day really good thanks to them will be back again
The overall area is quite alright, but the accommodation itself left much to be desired for the price that it was. I was bitten by something in the middle of the night. The problem is that at a resort with food and activities priced at what it is, having relatively "cheaper" accommodation as this doesn't make sense. Two meals at the nearby restaurant cost more than a night's accommodation here. Mayang Sari down the road is a true beach hut with better decor, but nevertheless still a bug and lizard issue.
We stayed in Nirwana Beach Club for a week and it was amazing. The biggest thing for us was how friendly and helpful the staff were, throughout the entire resort...in the reception, in the restaurants, by the pool, at the resort centre, even just in passing! We ate in Neydles, Dino's Bistro and the Poolside Bar and each one was lovely! The pool and beach were both beautiful and the sunbeds were so comfy! Breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel! There are so many actives to choose from, you couldn't get bored! We will definitely be back!!!
Too much overpriced for the type of guestroom and amenities offered. Small room and without any wardrobes. The selection of coffee making facilities were poor. The food at restaurant was overpriced too.
