Smooth check-in with friendly staff. Nice room, convenient access to casino. Not as upscale as some others on the coast, but a good value. Will definitely stay there again.

We didnt get the room we paid for and the hotel did nothing to make good on it. We were stuck!!!!

Nice hotel with excellent staff. Very friendly and courteous.

Room was comfy and price was affordable . Would stay again

The hotel rm was spacious and clean. The Only problem I had was the cigarette smoke. I am surprised the employee are not frightened for their lung, and heart health because of secondhand smoke. I have never experienced exposure like that. I would hope they will do something about this problem because it definitely is a big safety and health problem!!

we had an excellent stay at treasure bay, we had a gulf view on the 6th floor with a small walk out balcony. the breakfast buffy was very good. hot and fresh! the hotel room was very clean and smelled clean! very comfy beds!! plenty of blankets on the bed as well! staff was very nice and helpful as well, we will stay here again!!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The CQ restaurant is high-end,but well worth the cost. The service was exceptional, as was the food and atmosphere. For those who prefer the variety of a buffet, that option is also available, as is a 24-hour cafe option. Thus, there is something to suit every appetite. One downside of the casino, was the smell of cigarette smoke; I am sensitive to cigarette smoke, therefore I did not gamble in the casino.

Hotel was just OK. Rooms are said to be updated but it looked like it was pieced together, the shower and tub were large but the shower head was super out dated and clogged, the water came out so hard it hurt and there was no other setting. The smoke smell is overwhelming. The pool looked real nice but we didn't get a chance to try it out. I did like the location, it's across the street from the beach, but it's not central to other activities/attractions. Overall, it worked out for our stay, but I wasn't impressed by the rooms.

Enjoyed stay very much. Just wish it had continental breakfast

We requested an ocean view with balcony. We had a great view from the balcony. The front grounds into the hotel are beautiful. The pool area was very nice and large. The hotel staff was great. We had a great stay.

We stayed at this hotel twice on a round trip from Florida to Texas. This is definitely not the really swank type of place at other casino hotels in Biloxi, but it definitely gets the job done, and at an affordable price. We enjoyed it a lot and had a great time at the casino, even won a little. The only thing that might trouble non-smokers is that you can smell a bit of smoke upon entering the hotel, so that might be a bit of a turn off. It wasn't for us. Also, all rooms are strictly non-smoking so that is not an issue. Clean, comfortable beds.

back side of hotel has no view and the front has a better view but is so noisy from the large air filter fans from the casino. The smell of cigarette smoke is overwhelming the minute you walk in the front door. There is no parking deck so you are left to the elements when going to and from your car and yet they still want to charge the same rates as the better casinos. Have stayed there many times and yet they never comp me for anything not even a free buffet. Just seems everytime i go there its a little worse than before. This is the last time i will stay or play there. Hard Rock was way better and we actually won some money and got comped buffet and a suite.

Nice clean hotel. Very modern with updated furniture and furnishings.

smoke, smoke smoke. as soon as you get near the entrance of the hotel you get an overwhelming smell of smoke, and that stays with you as long as your on the first floor. This is not a hotel for any non smokers.

1/2 off breakfast, room clean, casino was okay, parking was short......waited a bit for a close spot

Toilet stayed stopped up & housekeeping manager came off rude that I contd to tell front desk they could come clean.

The complimentary short bread cookies were the bomb!!! Wish I could take some home
