I was in a non-smoking room that was infested with cigarette smoke.

Panel on bathroom sink cabinet was broken didn't offer extra towels

Had to check out few hrs after checking in, I dont feel safe sleeping in this hotel. Theres 2 side, the front side where the office is looks okay but at the back looks creepy and people staring at you and watching you. I dont trust people like that specially with my kids. Also bed sheets got cigarette holes, rooms smells cigarette which suppose to be a non smoking room. Not a good experience at all plus front office not 24/7. Employees are okay though. Wasnt able to take photos coz in a hurrh getting out of the place.

Room key failed two days in a row. No one in the office until 10 am, but on-call person opened the door. After office opened, three people worked to reprogram the key. It finally worked - until the next day, when the key failed again. Housekeeping service is provided only once per week! One small, thin bath towel and one washcloth provided per person. Low water pressure and volume. No breakfast. LOUD music every morning 5:00-6:30 am. Sounded like 100000 watt auto audio system with deep bass reverb. Staff were friendly, polite and did their best to be helpful. Hope they all can find jobs in a better hotel

We arrived at the hotel and no one was at the front so we rung the bell no one didn't show up an hour later someone showed up then he had an attitude so we went somewhere else

The property is well kept. The guestrooms as well as the grounds are nice, neat and clean. You can tell the staff takes pride in the property and ensures the fittest enjoy their stay. I would definitely recommend the property for those who have a short stay and missy definitely for those who have an extended stay.

Is an extended stay hotel. Wasn't what I was expecting

The hotel looked decent from the ouside, the minute i set foot inside it was like a horror movie. The room reeked of smoke there were flies in the room. Half of the curtain seemed to have had cught on fire previously but never replaced the tiles in the kitchen were half broken or missing. The bathroom was soo dirty there was literally half of inch of dirt on the floor and it was just simply horrible. The general manager Nash was impossible to talk to when the issues were adressed and even refused to provide me with the corporate number when requested to escalate my issue

Got there about 5pm on a Saturday, check in took less than 5 minutes. Non Smoking rooming, had refrigerator, microwave, stove. Clean room. Hotel parking lot is very well lit at night. Overall nice stay and great price for room.

This hotel was pretty cheap, and it was fairly well maintained. It wasn't amazing, but it wasn't bad.

I saw a couple of tiny roaches in my room just as I arrived. No breakfast to be found. Shady characters at the gas station nearby. Did not have a non-smoking room available as I requested. Tub drained very slowly.

WE WERE THERE FOR A FAMILY REUNION AND THERE WERE SEVERAL ISSUES. FIRST WE HAD NO CLEAN TOWELS. WE HAD TO GO TO THE OFFICE TURN IN OUR DIRTY TOWELS WAIT FOR THEM TO WASH AND DRY THEM AND GO BACK AND GET THEM ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY FORGOT TO PUT THEM IN THE DRYER. SECOND THERE WERE GNATS AND ROACHES IN ALL OUR ROOMS. KEY CARDS DIDN'T WORK AT SOME ROOMS. SOME WERE QUOTED ONE PRICE THEN CHARGED ANOTHER UPON ARRIVAL.

We did not stay at this hotel because the day front desk clerk gave our rooms away before we arrived. The manager was unavailable but we were able to get a credit on our visa card for a refund through our booking company. I would suggest you delist this hotel for short term stays. it looked as thought there were many permanent residents Michael Frank

If your on a budget this hotel is OK. In our room the freezer part of the refrigerator did not work, the TV had lines in the viewing area, one eye on the stove did not work. Check-in was a nightmare, it took almost 40min. The good stuff: Cheap, hot water never ran out, microwave, fridge and one stove eye worked perfect. The room and bed were clean, a/c worked good. We feel like we got our monies worth but if your trying to find something wrong... there's plenty.

This hotel closes at 11 pm. I selected late check in and notified them. I arrived at 11:05 and they were already gone and I could not check in. There was NO ONE on the premises to help any guest and several people were requesting assistance. The hotel had a note tapped to the office door that said full. If a hotel is full, and no one is in the office to assist customers, WHAT IN THE WORLD is going on here ! Awful hotel and the customer service line was even shut down, for the corporation of hotel chain itself. No one could help, anywhere, at any time. WASTE OF MONEY I want a refund.
