This is one of the nicer Hampton Inn's I've stayed in. Hotel staff were all friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. Lobby area was clean. Enough parking spots during the night I stayed. Rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. Beds were very comfortable as too the pillows. Bathroom was clean. All towels and bed linens were clean too. I hope all other Hampton Inn's that have fallen behind in their standards catch up like this hotel. Can definitely recommend this property based on my stay.
Very nice hotel with plenty of restaurants in thr immediate vicinity. Hotel is a typical Hampton Inn, and everything was clean and ready.
Although the system was down, check in was fast. Staff was friendly.
It was okay
Everything was fine until I was double billed for the room. I purchased the room through Orbitz and prepaid. I checked my credit card and found the property charged me for the room in addition to the Orbitz booking. I called the property and the gentleman who spoke to me was rude. Such a nice place that went sour after I was double charged for the room and given a dismissive response by the staff when I called to request a reconciliation. I had to call my credit card company and spend 45 minutes between the phone call and filing out dispute paperwork. If the room were not double charged, it would be a 4/5 hotel and recommended to others. Also, when I arrived, I asked for four additional towels and was only given three towels. Sad that the staff would not give me what was requested. There were four of us in the room and I asked for one additional towel per person. I do not think this is an outrageous request. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Safe neighborhood. There is a drainage issue when it rains heavily. The parking lot was under about 6-inches of water in the back. I hope this gets cleared up.

TV service had very limited channels for entire 6 night stay. Could not get an invoice at check out and still do not have one.
Shower doors need more cleaning Bathroom dusty where you put clean towels Beside the sink on floor need more cleaning, dirt and hair. Tv not working properly and when we call, maintenance man was gone.
This property I rate it a 10 it a good location very clean great staff.

Hotel was decent, breakfast could have had more for the nights stay. Room was clean and staff was friendly. No complaints. Gym is a bit small and pool is outdoors. Dining is a decent size. Parking was a good amount as well. Close location to most of the restaurants in the area. Gas stations close by as well. How much more do I need to write to hit 50 spaces, I mean come on ...isn’t this enough yet, you guys are really trying to pull it out of me. I mean what is the point of mleaving a review if i’m Forced to write a certain amount?
This location is usually clean, but this time my room was not up to its standards. The front desk appolagized.
Very relaxing, close to good restaurants, major interchange, stores, major Cities. It was quite, I didn't hear any neighbor's either.
