I really liked my short stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff was very nice throughout the stay, and they were able to help me check-in early. The location was great. It was easy access to an event on campus, but it wasn’t crazy busy like some places closer. The room was clean and had nice toiletries provided. The breakfast was better than most hotels, and I loved the 24 hr. coffee and tea bar in the lobby. If I go to Columbus, I would definitely stay here again.
The person who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. Location was good to Ohio State University.

I had a terrible experience with the individual working the front desk. They were accusatory, rude, and insensitive during my interaction. I needed up speaking to another individual at a later time who was extremely helpful.

Not able to have contactless check in. Which kind of went against everything relating to Covid. Food area and the coffee thing was nice. Room was a typical hotel room. Price was higher then I would normally pay for a hotel of this caliber.

During check in I was informed that I had multiple reservations, one of which was prepaid and I was a no show the night before. This prepaid room was not listed as a reservation in my Orbitz account. Katie at the front desk was so helpful in trying to help me figure it all out. Look forward to staying at this location again!
Mike, the breakfast area attendant, was SUPER terrific!! He greeted us every morning with an enthusiastic smile and made sure that we had a pleasant breakfast. He made great conversation and attended to our every need. GREAT GUY!!!
This property was situated perfectly, outside of too much traffic and pedestrians. It was near restaurants and gas stations and OSU stadium. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.
