Friendly staff, clean quiet nice visit. I would stay here again.

The pool are was very disappointed the hot tub dirty the walls all had badly been peeling paint. You could see the carpet needed a good scrubbing but the people that cleaned the room did a good job between nights

I'm sure this hotel was really nice 20 years ago. The pictures on their site is decieving - really run down now and dirty.

Upon checking in they could "find" my reservation after a long wait I was checked in and have directions to my room. After swiping my card and the door opening I found the room was already occupied. I arrived at a later time and the people were very upset and accused me of breaking in. Returning to the front desk the employee gave my an upgraded room for the mix up. The room was in the main tower with smelled so bad of chemical it ended up giving me a migraine. The room was dirty and out dated. The carpet and stuff all over it and I didn't want to walk on it without shoes. Also after a long drive my son was very hopeful to swim for a few hours then break up our trip and get some exercise only to find out the pool was closed. This was a huge dissapointment considering this was one of the only reason we stayed here.

The hotel is right off the highway. Lots of shopping and places to eat near by. Hotel staff are very friendly. Our rooms were not ready when we checked in. They told us to come back in one hour. When we returned, the rooms were still not ready. We had to wait another 30-45 minutes before we were able to check into our rooms.

Was better than expected based on reviews I had reviews I had read. It's an older property but the rooms we very clean and quiet.

The only thing that was good about this place is the front desk at check out and the manager who waived the cancel fees and discounted our 1st night stay. The room was disguising and the handicap button to open the room door didn't work. Stains EVERYWHERE. Manager told us that there is a new owner and they are trying to improve, hope they do because it was gross.

I was frustrated over the lack of a facilities directory. After walking around I found a restaurant onsite but it didn't appear open. No help for food other than phonebook and a copied map that was too small to read. In the morning I asked about local coffee shops and was given bad directions, drove around and found a McDonald's but not before getting lost.

around $150.00 for small room. air conditioner just barely worked. ran all night. never really cooled off. talked to front desk. worn out old chair in the room. upholstery had clearly seen better days. sheers on window were torn. bathroom shower grout was cracked out. no television. suspect dead batteries in remote. walking down the stairs noticed duct tape holding stair linoleum down. don't go.

This is a Raddison you would expect better. No menu in rooms for room service, called the desk twice and never receive the menu. The grounds are in very bad of cleaning up weeds and maintaining vegetation. The rooms need updating, carpets, drapes, chairs ect. Windows were dirty with finger prints. Casino beer glasses were dirty. Parking lot was pot hole central. This used to be a premier hotel and has fallen completely down. So sad.

Our first night was the absolute worst! We got there late and were tired. We were given our keys and given directions how to get to our room. The lobby area was pretty decent and had a cool waterfall and elevator. It was pretty clean. We got to our part of the hotel and it was like night and day from the lobby. It was run down, smelt terrible and guests ran up and down the halls all night partying. We checked out of that room and requested a room in the main part of the hotel. Its was much cleaner, but was still dirty. The staff were pretty nice and tried to help when they could. The pool was down for maintenance the second night due to a guest breaking glass (probably a beer bottle) in the pool. Was pretty irritating because the pool was whole reason we stayed a second night!

Room heater did not work, carpet filthy, bathroom sink quit working, mattress high on one side, had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up and register us.

Don't go there. W found very old food on the carpet, some stuck to the carpet, drapes that were in need of hooks, a smoke alarm with a bright blinking light that hit into your eyes all night, a smell in the room that made it unbearable. The info on the room did not mention it was a handicapped room. We had a large bathtub seat sitting in the bathroom that was always in our way. The room was near an outside door and banged all night from people going in and out.

very nice room, but if you are still in room at 10am, you won't get any maid service/towels/coffee supplies for the day; pool/hottub was out of service during our stay, which we didn't find out about until going down to swim - which was disappointing

in spite of undergoing renovations, the hotel was clean of construction debris, always. Personnel were friendly and helpful. when completed, this will be an outstanding hotel.

The room we stayed in needs an overhaul. There were not enough towels. What was there was warn and smelled. The shower had mold and needs better ventilation.

...because you can just use the soap left by the prior room's occupants! Seriously, the soap from the prior occupants was left in the dish when we arrived and after the second day as well. It'll probably be there when you use the room too! No bags for the ice bucket or trash cans, had to ask and then none after the second day either. Dog was allowed to just bark all night long 3 doors down. Other than that the accomodations were dated but adaquate. The hotel restaurant served edible food, the casino charges for drinks when you're gambling. My concern about my car's safety was unfounded even with the Hotel's disclaimer about theft protection.

The room wasn't clean. The toilet didn't work. The shower hot water could only get barely lukewarm. Finally, there was long black hair on the pillows. DISGUSTING! However, the staff was friendly and courteous.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel had recently sold and the new owners have a 3 year upgrade plan and I may try it again then. Found that the layout of the hotel sent us wandering looking for room. Approaching the pool was a large very dark area and the key did not work trying to return, long walk around to find the room.
