very very dirty and smelled awful. I wouldn't stay here every again. The pool was not worth the extra $2 you have to pay to even go down the slide. Water was freezing as well.

When we checked in we thought we were going to be staying at a nice clean place however when we got in to our room we noticed that the carpet was not vacuumed. We then started to put our clothes in the drawers. The first drawer had dead bugs in it. The next drawer had a bloody napkin and a cigarette in it. We then became concerned so I lifted up the mattress and found a bag of band aids and 2 small bags of drugs. We went to the front desk and they moved us and said they were sorry. However, I have been in the motel business for many years and they did not comp our room like I asked. I then asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else and they said they couldn't do that. I will never stay at another Howard Johnson Inn ever.

Was there for school clinicals. Wasn't a bad place to stay.

It's in a good location. It has any easy entrance. Very close by to convince store.

I was traveling and decided to make a stop. The Hotel was affordable. The Staff members were friendly & professional. I enjoyed the Continental Beeakfast.

The pool and waterslide are nice there are 2 hot tubs. The room was very clean and the housekeeper came in our 4 times while we where sleeping . I requested some more towels took 5 hours to get.when I got there at checking the man argued with me that I haven't paid yet even though I had the reciet showing it. So he ran into y card 5 times and locked up my card . The hotel is not very clean

During checkin the gentleman at the front desk was rude, didn't even explain how to get to room. He acted like he was in a hurry, though we were the only ones checking in at the time. Upon getting to room found large hole in wall with wires sticking out, only 2 light bulbs worked in the room. Would have gotten another room but we're told they were booked. Pool looked dirty and had way too much chlorine, one hot tub did not work, and you paid an extra $2 per person to go down small water slide. Breakfast wasn't too bad, except the gravy for bisciuts looked as though it had been in crockpot for several days. We reserved room on Orbitz who charged us and the hotel try charging us as well, took almost a week to get money returned to our account. Will not stay at this hotel again, and will make sure to tell family and friends of this experience as well.

The manager was fantastic, very friendly and answered a ton of questions about the area. The hotel was very nice and clean. The continental breakfast came with fresh waffles or pancakes, which was awesome. My only knock is that the pool wasn't able to be used. The water was weirdly cloudy and there was a sign that says if you can't see the drains don't use the pool. I was able to use the hot tub though which was good.

One of the best family friendly hotels in Billings, Montana.

Most of the hotels were full and we ended staying here. We got 2 queen beds. We had to share a bed because one of the bed is broken. The carpet was dirty and there's a lot of dust. The fridge/freezer has never been defrosted that the ice was all the way down the fridge. The toilet was broken. The soap they have provided was previously used.

The rooms smelled, and we had to ask to change rooms, though it didn't help and we ended up buying air freshners for our rooms. The front desk staff was friendly, but had to go through the manager who was very unhelpful and unaccommodating. We had to wait about half an hour after we paid $2 for each kid to use the pool slide because the staff who knew how to turn on the water was not around. There weren't enough pool towels. Though the breakfast staff was super friendly, the food served was not very good.

Easy in and out quick stay over night. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was ready at 6

It is a shame that they charge $2 for each person that wants to use the waterslide. Other then that it was a great place to stay...the pool and the hot tub we dirty but still useable.

We found the room for two people extremely small and cramped. It was hard to work around our luggage or sit at the desk as it was hard to pull the desk chair out to sit down. The breakfast offerings and were very nice.

I needed a clean, nice room while I was traveling on I-90. I used to stay at HoJo's as a kid, and wanted to see if my recollections were accurate. I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was nice and the breakfast buffet had everything I wanted. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. Service was pleasant and accommodating.

The hotel looks a lot nicer on the outside than on the in. Our sink was leaking onto the floor, the bathroom was so small one person could barley fit. The beds were so uncomfortable. The pool and water slide were good. No fridge or microwave in the room. But the people at the front desk were nice.

Stay was great rooms were clean and very friendly staff

We were close to a wedding we were attending on St. Patrick's Day. The room was clean. It was difficult getting around the bed, as there was a large TV hutch there. There was only one lamp to light the entire room. The free continental breakfast was nice. All in all; for the price we paid it was okay.

Very dated beyond the exterior facade and the check in desk.

Thank you for taking the time to post. I am unsure what you are referencing in your comments. We are not affiliated with any of these companies nor are we a distribution center.
