we were traveling to co and there was a blizzard so we stopped for the night

I have stayed in this motel 2 times in the past month, the first time ok, shower didn't drain very fast during shower, had to stand in pool of water, thought maybe just this room. The second stay in a different room same thing. Returned to room late and found that it didn't get cleaned. They were in the room evidenced by cleaning schedule left on bathroom counter. Contacted front and they gave us clean towels and offered another room but it wouldn't accommodate our needs. Will not be staying here a third time.

This is a nice motel. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location is convenient and easily accessible. The breakfast area was VERY small and the breakfast was not the greatest.

just fine, comfortable, train noise a bit annoying

Mom and I were very happy with our room. It was very nice and clean, and above all was not musty or moldy. We will definately recommend this hotel.

I booked over the phone through Orbitz.com as I was traveling across the country. Arrived to find that they had no parking available for my Uhaul truck. I went to the front desk and they suggested parking at the Dennys across the way. I could not cancel and get my $$ back, since it was obviously less than a 24 hr notice. I parked in the Dennys with their managers approval only to have to get up at 6:00 am to try to move it, to not interfere with their business. Customer Service from the hotel was terrible. Room was dirty and dated. Back entrance was unsecured. And to not have parking at a hotel off a major interstate is unacceptable. I at least wanted a discount due to inadequate parking, but since I booked through Orbitz.com they could not do that. It would be nice if Orbitz.com could refund me a portion of my money as they suggested this hotel on their website. Extremely disappointed!!!

Arrived very late and sent a cab to the airport for pick up quick and efficient check in second floor room, no elevator.

Short stay, staff was friendly, room was clean, my kids enjoyed the breakfast and the pancakes that were available from 6pm - 10pm.

The food was good the day one. But after that wasnt much in the mornings. Also bed was hard.

Glad that they allow pets and the staff were friendly. That's about where everything stops. The hotel is very dirty and dingy, needs to have an update completed. When we started looking around we found that there was trash under the beds, and the carpet along with the wall paper was tearing off the wall. Very dirty and would not recommend this hotel. We will be looking for other places to stay when we visit again.

Only problem we experienced was a cold hot tub - suspect they were going to do maintenance on it.

The beds were amazing super comfy and we got a lot of rest it was definitely a comfort inn! The down side was hot tub it was cold and the pool was very small my husband and I were looking forward for a nice hot tub but it was cold.

The hotel is conveniently located in a district of shopping and restaurants. A bit difficult to find in the dark, but worth it. Nice swimming pool, adequate hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay - hotel staff friendly, helpful and breakfast was a great way to start the day. Thank you.

Only blip was the shuttle to the airport the next morning...shuttle wasn't running for whatever reason. NO PROBLEM, the staff worked with me to secure a ride to the airport. Got to the airport on time...no problem. Great job. JMc

Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Smoke alarm was disconnected. Toilet tank re-filled every 58 minutes - YES we timed it after listening to it run so much! The beds are way too soft. We tolerated all that and then had trouble sleeping due to really terrible sound-proofing. We could hear every step anyone took on the stairs next to us, and especially what sounded like a basketball game going on in the room above, with the game restarting at 10 pm 12am and 3am. Location was perfect for our purposes, but next time we'll go back to another location, even if it means driving farther to visit the relatives we went to see.

Awful glad to find a room I could relax and smoke a cigarette when I wanted too. Room did have fridge and microwave which was a plus if I wanted to stay for extended trip. Pipes for the bathroom sink however had air in the lines so it made shaving interesting. Staff was ok but could be a little more upbeat. All things considered I'll stay here again next time I'm in Billings.

Good location. Hotel is pretty much what I expect from an average budget chain; nothing too special. The hallway seems to have a foul smell to it that I noticed on another stay there as well (kind of a cigarette smoke odor perhaps?) Staff seemed friendly enough. We did not eat their complimentary breakfast but it looked alright. Probably wouldn't be my first choice for a hotel but it seems fairly easy to get a room there on short notice, (the main reason we stayed there for a second time) while other rooms in the area seem harder to come by.

We swam and slept. Not much to our trip, just some much needed time away alone. We had to go to the front desk to get more towels as there were only two in our room.

Appreciated the ice cold water & ice tea.
