If you arrive by car, this neighborhood without OTA allows you to park without restrictions and has (just behind the building) a huge free outdoor car park as well as the suburban train station to explore other areas around Bilbao. The Termibus station is 15 minutes away for any journey by bus, metro or tram. All this, without forgetting that the bicycle parking lot is next to the portal.
