Additional Services



Self Check-in: Access via electronic lock. A phone with internet is required for the digital key.



High-speed Wi-Fi: Included.



Toiletries: Toiletries and toilet paper are courtesy items. Guests must replenish them if they run out.



Locksmith Service: Guests are responsible for locksmith fees (€150) in case of lost or forgotten keys.

Early check-in: Available upon request for €20 (subject to availability)



Late check-in fees:

00:00 - 02:00: €50



After 02:00: Entry is not permitted.



Lost Items:

Guests are responsible for retrieving forgotten belongings. We will store them temporarily, but collection must be arranged.



Digital Key Requirement:

Completion of online check-in via the provided link is mandatory (not through the booking platform). This complies with Royal Decree 933/2021. Failure to complete check-in may result in loss of the security deposit and possible eviction without a refund.
