Had to wait to check in, room key didn't work on 1st try, tub drain was plugged and the tub insert has seen better days. The bed was decent and room was clean. The location to the West Yellowstone entrance was perfect. On our 2nd night there was someone coughing all night in the room next to us and it turns out it was the Front Desk Staff person. It served our purpose but I wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Great stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient to go downtown Yellowstone and to the park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple. Pool and hot tub were nice.
Convenient to the park. Older hotel. Can definitely tell it has been well used. Needs some updating! Dogs are allowed which I thought was odd as we could hear dogs throughout the hallways walking. Probably would stay here again, but will look else where first. Cannot beat the price. Cold continental breakfast.
The price was competitive compared to the other places in town. Have definitely been in nicer places for less money, but it was OK for a tourist area.

Great location. Hot tub and pool were nice after a big day of hiking in the park. The only minus is the poor quality of breakfast. Mostly all packaged pastries and cereals.
