The hotes is very cosy place.Staff was not too helpful, but overall a very nice stay. West Yellowstone is a nice place to visit thou.

Clean rooms, privacy, nice for the value, hot tubs weren't really working so that was disappointing but otherwise just fine

Good experience, lady at the front desk very nice and helpful,

The hotel was very close to Yellowstone National Park. That was the best part about it and the only reason we have chosen to stay there. The room was ok, but it could be cleaner for the price paid. The faucet was almost impossible to use - it was constantly clogged and taking forever to clear. Tried to turn on the HVAC heater and felt a strong burning smell. When we looked at the HVAC filter it had about 1-2 inches of dust, seemed like it wasn't cleaned in years. I just imagine how much bacteria was there. We cleaned it and the burning smell disappeared. Convenient hotel location but definitely won't stay there again.

Perfect in every way. Courteous staff, clean rooms with everything you need, excellent restaurant on premises. Couldn't ask for anything more.

The motel part of this property is average at best. It is dingy and dark. The location is good...very close to the gate of Yellowstone and close to nearby shops and restaurants in the area.

nice place to stay near the west gate of Yellowstone national park and great breakfast next to the hotel.

nice place to stay near west gate of yellowstone national park and good breakfast next to the hotel.

This was a different type hotel that works well with a resort area. We enjoyed the hotel and the breakfast was very good.

I stayed in a 2 queen bed room (probably the cheaper of the rooms available). It wasn't a 5star hotel by any means, however for the price (~60/night) I think it was well worth it. Clean rooms and very nice staff. Noise from neighboring rooms was minimal. Can't beat the location either. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. The place isn't the best, but really one of the better options for West Yellowstone.

We were satisfied - it had character. We did see a cockroach in the room and there was an odor by the refrigerator, but otherwise it was clean.

Way over priced , in my opinion.Rooms were decent ,but not worth $176.
