Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa, Autograph Collection

We enjoyed our stay overall, our kids went waterskiing on the lake which was a comfortable 73 degrees. My constructive criticism would be that to charge over $ 6.00 for a bottle of Arrowhead water at the pool and 4 and a half dollars for a 12 oz can of coke is a little unreasonable. Additionally, since they charge a daily Resort fee of $ 20.00 it felt usurious to charge for use of chairs and umbrellas on the beach in addition.

Staff was marginally friendly, air conditioning didn't work in the room, noticeable dirt and feathers all throughout the room. Not a lot of option in the area but for the price they charge you expect much more. Room got over 80 degreees each night with AC set at 66. Horrible to sleep.

The kids loved the pool, and we loved everything else! So peaceful and gorgeous, with all the comforts.

Had a great time at the resort, nice view of the lake, staff very accommodating. But food is not that great, breakfast is not free. The resort is a little bit old, the jacuzzi not so inviting, but overall it's a nice place for a short break! It's also close to lake arrowhead village if you want to shop!

We came up for our first trip to the Lake Arrowhead/Big Bear area, and our wife insists that we will be back soon. We loved the room, the bed, the lobby, the view of the lake, and the walk to the village.

Staff are very nice and hotel has great views. The room it self was a bit old feel and there were some issues such as mold and toilet paper Handel was broken. Overall liked the stay and Lake Arrowhead is amazing

The facade and the public rooms are impressive and very grand. Far better than expected from prior reviews. The room was very comfortable, but perhaps we stayed in the cheap end because the hallway seemed a little tired. And as expected, the noise insulation in the ceiling (we were on the first floor) was very poor and our luck was to have a family with jumping kids above us! The prime rib dinner at the weekends in the lovely restaurant is amazing value at $19.95. It was a short but pleasant stay.

We really had a great time at this property. Although the pool was a little dirty? We used the fitness center, which was really nice. Also, the onsite dining is good and they even have activities like kayaking on the lake. There are a lot of weddings at this location, so it is a nice atmosphere. Quick walk to downtown village for night time concert on the weekends and more restaurants. We also went hiking in the local trails for fun.

The hotel staff are very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is deorated.for the holiday and made our stay cozy and memorable. The family ha d a great time playing games at the tables by the large fireplace in the lobby and the gift store kept.ou kids stocked with hot chocolate. Bring snacks and relax with some wine. Bin restuarant was need some work on the infastructure of timing, silverware, and napkins. Dinner was a mish mash of errors but they took off a meal.

Lake Arrowhead is situated in a great location, walking distance to the village. Checked in late and didn't have a problem with my room not being ready, room was clean and neat. The pool definitely looks bigger in the picture but it was fine there was plenty of room, the jacuzzi however was always packed if you want to get in you will have to be there early. The gym was great, loved that they have water and tea to drink during or after working out.

Perfect location. Gorgeous lake. Lovely restaurant on property.

Everyone we came in contact with @ the resort was friendly and helpful. We arrived with our Harley motorcycle and we were graciously allowed to park right next to entrance! Our room was great but carpet did have dark greasy looking stains and a big spill stain, however, everything was great. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect end to a great summer. We decided last minute to take a trip to Arrowhead with the kids and the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa was awesome. The location was great with their own private beach area and a dock to fish from. We caught a bass and a sunfish. Kids loved it. The hotel is walking distance to the Village with lots of shops, food, and fun.

The hotel is located on the perfect place...great lake view. The room was ok and clean but it was tooooo hot in the room. The air-conditioning was on all the time and still the room temp was 82F during the night ! Terrible. Also we said that we coming with the baby and they didn't bring in a crib till 7pm in the evening after our second call ! We got the room with bath tab and it was hard to bath 1year old baby.

Friendly enviorment, the hotel staff was great definitely look forward to booking in the future:)

The view of the location is spectacular. Design and decor of the hotels is contemporary and attractive. Being in the hotel spaces makes for a pleasant stay. Room attractive with a water view made for a peaceful stay. Hotel is a convenient walk into the Village. Front desk staff are minimally helpful.

Lovely, and very dog friendly! Really enjoyed the decor and private beach!

You can't get a better location, however you can get better food and service. The price is great for a lake view room but Suites are not worth the price. The food was awful and very bland. They only had 4 options for kids to eat and my kids were over it the first day. Private beach is great and pool is great but they shut off the outdoor BBQ and Bar service during the week which made the days less then stellar. They need to service the mid week guests just as they do their weekend guests. Basically anything extra was shut off during week....bar service, smores, fishing off dock with employee. TV didn't work in Suite. I would recommend you stay there for the $170 per night for location only...eat somewhere else and expect slow service.

The room wasn't ready for check in until 7PM, Then to make up for it, they gave me a room with a nice view of ...the parking lot, rather than a lake view. The phone didn't work, so every time I called the front desk, I had to use my cell phone. The coffee maker was missing the carafe, and the pool/spa/lake...are an extra $20 per day. When I checked out and told the desk staff, no one wanted to hear...they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR OPINION!! Their only redeeming quality, the car valets were very nice, and the service was free. Over the counter medications have airport prices...ie $4 for four tylenol.

Kids had so much fun. Lots of space. Pool was nice & a short walk to the lake & village.
