The 3-room holiday flat in the "Chesa Arettas" is located on the 1st floor, very quiet and yet close to the train station, 5 minutes walk from the village centre with shops and restaurants.
The flat is cosy and very practically furnished and ideal for self-catering, as the kitchen is very well equipped. You will find plenty of crockery, glasses and all the utensils you need for cooking.
Kitchen linen is provided if you book the linen package (consisting of bed linen, towelling and kitchen linen).

The bedroom has a double bed (2x2m) and a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed for a child if required.
The built-in wardrobe offers plenty of storage space.

The second bedroom has two beds one behind the other. Both rooms have spacious wardrobes in which guests have plenty of room to store their belongings.

The spacious living/dining room has a beautiful dining area with seating for 5 and a very large sofa that invites you to relax. The living room cupboard offers plenty of storage space. There is also a flat screen TV and a radio system with docking station for Apple devices by the couch.

The bathroom is inside, has a bathtub with shower curtain, a washbasin and a toilet.
Please note that shower and hand towels are provided if you book the linen package (consisting of bed linen, towelling and kitchen linen).

The flat is located in a smaller residential unit in a house built in typical Engadine style.
The flat has a parking space in the underground car park (Attention: max. entrance height 2.05m!) with direct access to the house or flat.
There is a laundry room in the house with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying facilities.
There is also a ski cellar, which is also suitable for storing bicycles in summer.
