Clean and comfortable, easy access to highway. We ended up in a ht accessible room which was particularly very large. We didn’t need the access but if someone does it was very accessible with a lot of room If you had a wheelchair
The hotel was recently renovated. It’s clean and comfortable. The other guests we’re very nice friendly people but not a single employee smiled at us, said a kind word or went out of their way to make us feel welcome

I’m always nervous when a book a hotel that is 3 stars or less. I make it a point to read customer reviews. I read many great things about this Holiday Inn Express location, but I still was not certain of what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised from my check in to my check out! Everyone from the front desk clerks to the shuttle drivers were excellent. Unfortunately I did not catch everyone’s name. I did, however, get Ashley’s name. She was the person who checked me in and the person who was at the front desk when the (fire) alarm was triggered, requiring all occupants to evacuate. We stood outside for several minutes and then returned to our rooms with the high pitch squeal of the alarm sounding for more than half an hour. Many people left their rooms without grabbing the room key. Ashley kept her cool throughout a situation that could of easily turned to chaos. She smiled and assisted customers so professionally. I watched her in action and thought she would definitely make her manager proud! Way to go Ashley! The room was also wonderful. It was roomy clean and had everything available at my fingertips including transportation to the nearby casino and outlet mall. The airport shuttle was also a huge plus and a saved me some money!! Finally the breakfast! AWESOME! Those cinnamon rolls were delicious!!! Holiday Inn Express Bethlehem definitely earned 5 stars from me!!
This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I expected Holiday Inn to be decent facility, but this hotel is well maintained, comfortable and neat, with an attentive, pleasant and well trained staff.

On our way to FL from Massachusetts. Just what we needed for a quick rest on our journey.
The hotel itself is nice and the beds are very comfortable but our room was facing I-78 and we could the heavy traffic most of the night.
This hotel is one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was great, amenities excellent, and value was superb. Great place to either take the family or travel on business.
