Our room still had a full trash can inside of the kitchen area. The carper was wet also. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana and when Spoke to the manager, he told me they have no security cameras so he wouldn't know. I told him the elevator smelled extremely strong of marijuana. The only staff that was very helpful was Maureen. She did everything she could to make our stay more tolerable. Overall the hotel was just dirty and we felt dirty just being there. Also, we paid for a king bed and they gave us two full size beds instead. We asked to change it the second night, but they said they couldn't and gave us some excuse. The rest of the staff was extremely unapologetic and seemed like they really did not care about their customers.

Sparse accommodations: scratchy old sheets and blankets, linoleum floor, harsh florescent lighting, a kitchen by no silverware, dishes, cooking utensils, etc.

I found a dirty sock under the bed as soon as i checked in.

Some shady characters around but I kept to myself. When the guy next to me at check in was paying cash I should have known.

Room was fine for an overnight stay and for my needs. Room and bathroom clean. Cleaner than in Rockville. If you've never stayed in an Extended Stay America, you need to accept that it means pets, long term residents, and a breakfast which consists of granola bars, individually wrapped muffins, apple/oranges, instant oatmeal, coffee/tea.

Thank you so much to the hotel clerk who gave me friendly service and instructions on how to get to the Metro station and information on parking, etc... Thank you!

It was okay staff need to be nicer. They need to know how to treat a customer so that they can come back.

grec the front dest gentleman was too rude to be a worker down here

The staff are very nice. I was comfortable through out my stay. One of the front desk clerk, a young lady I have forgotten her name, was very nice and professional.

Not a bad place to stay. Would definitely not have any issue staying again.

I am glad it is as clean as it used to be few years ago, but why it is twice the money now?

one day only, this is cheap and simple hotel, food is not real breakfast

I really enjoyed having a lovely kitchen stocked with the essentials for my weekend visit to the area. I was able to store my fruits and veggies in a full-size refrigerator and prepare food the way I like it. The staff were great and the accessibility to the different places I had to go was perfect too.

Not a sumptuous hotel, but quiet and clean. Your price made it a good value.

This is a nice place, big bed, recliner, quiet area. Room has small two burner stove, full size refrigerator. Nice TV. Nice area to take walks. Lots of good places to eat in Germantown also. Don't expect much for breakfast. Just a cabinet downstairs with some not so fresh fruits and store bought muffins - and get there before 8am or it may all be gone.

The hotel was fine - in a safe area, clean... But it wasn't well equipped. Although it had a kitchen area, it wasn't stocked with adequate flatware or utensils to stir a pot (there were two of those but without lids) or open a can. The beds were not attached to the wall, so when we both sat on the end of the bed, the head tipped up! And in general, the whole room needed a face lift. I will say, though, that there was decent space in the room and bathroom. And it was clean.

The hotel was very clean, the service upon checking in was excellent along with the directions to area restaurants. With the help of our GPS we found the hotel easily otherwise it may have been a little hard to locate.

The room was clean and quiet, and the kitchen allowed us to reduce meal costs while in the area.

Although the hotel is located in a difficult location to reach from the Highway, it was pleasant stay once we found the facility.

The exterior and grounds of this esa were very well kept neat and tidy. Rooms were tidy, although the carpet was extremely stained and unappealing. Bath accomodation were very clean, kitchen was tidy as well but very limited in the selection of silverware not enough for more than one person. Would be nice to have had a small sample of dishwashing liquid. Bedding clean and crisp although beds a little hard. Overall a pleasant experience and would probably stay there again if needed. Shopping areas were reasonbly close and nice that the hotel provided directions of several locations for choices.

Deb, I am sorry to read that we failed to meet your expectations and hope you will accept my apology for what transpired. To ensure cleanliness of kitchenware upon check-in, brand standards require us to make these items available at the front desk rather than leaving them in the suites, and our team gladly delivers them to your suite. Your feedback is appreciated, and we will remind our front desk to communicate this more clearly going forward. I hope this unfortunate situation will not prevent you from staying with us again. Sincerely, General Manager
