The location was excellent
Beautiful old building in a good location close to Salamanca stores and restaurants, harbour, and maritime museum. Parking is difficult to pull into with a security gate that is tough to access for drivers and is on quite a hill. Checked in super late at 11:30 pm and had no problems at check-in. Room had a beautiful harbor view, fridge, and drinks/snacks available for purchase. In room coffee and tea were good with green tea available. Paid $281 AUD per night with Orbitz, and enjoyed our 3 night stay.
The staff are great. Excellent location. Had a lovely dinner in the lounge. Because it is a VIP hotel we received a free bottle of wine.
Cant wait to come back. We had a great stay and could walk to everything. Staff were friendly. Room was clean, tidy and lots of hot water in the shower. Next time we may splurge for the penthouse.
It was such a pleasant surprise when we arrived at this gorgeous, historical hotel. The staff were so friendly and we received a complimentary bottle of wine. The hotel location could not have been any more convenient to shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and we're actually sad we had to move on. We should have booked 2 nights here.
Everything about the Lenna is awesome. Its location is great, just steps from the Salamanca Markets. We were coming from the west coast, and had no trouble finding the hotel. Staff were attentive, knowledgeable and very friendly! The room itself was amazing. We opted for the Harbour view, and it was well worth it.
