Studio with private entrance, terrace, kitchenette and bathroom. The flat has 27 square metres. The location is very central. Only 100 metres from the train station. Mountains and Chiemsee are close by. The flat has underfloor heating.
Access is via a key box (code) directly at the entrance.

The studio contains a small kitchenette incl. kettle, fridge, microwave with baking function, a filter coffee machine and a Senseo coffee machine.

There are also buses from here to the surrounding villages and ski resorts. The Chiemsee bathing beach is about 10 minutes away by bike. Hiking and cycling trails lead directly past the accommodation.
