The beds were so uncomfortable we barely slept. The staff was rude and unhelpful and ended up giving us the wrong timing information for the parking garage costing us 40 instead of 15. We regretted booking for two nights and even considered leaving early.

As a hotel guest, you will receive a special rate at Parking Metro if you park between 17:00 and 09:00 the following day. Additional hours are charged up to a maximum of CHF 40.00 per 24 hours. We would nevertheless be pleased to welcome you back with us again.
