The breakfast was included and had such variety. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. Location was perfect for local transportation. It is a city street so if you are a light sleeper bring ear phones.
Close to all transportation. Steps from the Natural History museum. Great breakfast with hot and cold meats, crepes, plenty of fresh fruit, yogurts, soaked oats in yogurt (my favorite), nuts, breads, cheeses, cappuccino machine, tea service, variety of fresh juices and bottle water. Firm, new bed. Excellent room temperature w air con. Nice bathroom (with only shampoo/body gel, hair dryer amenities). My only complaint to the hotel would be to fix the bathroom door so it can be kept open, and doesn’t automatically slam shut.

Did you make the reservation 7 weeks in advance? This hotel may not have a room for you. Did you prepay your reservation 7 weeks in advance? This hotel may not have a room for you. As soon as our taxi pulled up to the door, the hotel manager ran out -- "please do not leave the taxi, we will take you to a different hotel". The explanation -- they ran out of rooms even though we reserved and paid for the room 7 weeks in advance. They "upgraded" us to a suite in a sister hotel. For the second day we had to go back. They "upgraded" us to a suite too. But we made the reservation to be in a very specific place and did not enjoy being driven to a supposedly better hotel 20 minutes away by taxi. Neither did we enjoy wasting time going back in the morning. They (the sister hotel this time) did not even care to tell the taxi driver where to go, so he initially took us to yet another sister hotel. And did I mention that in the evening of the second night (i.e. the only night we stayed there) the only elevator in the hotel had the sign -- "the elevator is out of order, thank you for your understanding". The next morning we had fun carrying suitcases down from the "upgraded" room on the fourth floor. At least we did not have to carry them up when we arrived.
We were very happy with our stay here. The room was very nice, clean and adequate for us. The staff at the front desk were great. Location was perfect for us. Walking distance to many of the sights we wanted to see and restaurants. Would definitely go back.

The location of hotel is very convinient, it is not far from the city center, there is metro station 100 m away.Also there is REWE supermarket nearby.The staff is friendly and helpful.There is a high-speed free internet, it is tmobile hotspot, you go on the tmobile website and signup your cell phone for access codes.
As you can imagine, it is never a good first impression if the room that you have been given still has garbage in the can, towels on the floor in the bathroom and blanket swirled up on the side. The front desk staff were apologetic and assigned us a new room but that affected our overall experience. Upon entering the new room, things we generally fine. We did have to call the front desk to open the safe because it had not been reset...for these two reasons i would not recommend the hotel to a friend because it shows the management is not very diligent and may affect other areas of service.
