I stayed here with my girlfriend when visiting Berlin, and upon booking it I was not expecting the best - just a cheap budget hotel, with breakfast that will last us the day, and save us money on lunch. We got much more than that! We arrived, and the staff were very helpful in giving us our room early, when check in was meant to be around 2-3pm (we arrived at 11am). The room itself was very spacious with a very comfy bed, and an excellent shower. Germany seem to back the "one soft, one firm" pillow method, and this hotel obliged, and I must say the pillows were also very comfortable to sleep on, and I definitely had a good night's rest each night. The only downfall to the room was the lack of a safe - but this wasn't much of a problem as we didn't have anything too valuable, and carried our valuables with us. I would also like some sockets next to the bed (potentially on the bed side table) to make it easier to charge our phone. It was a long walk to turn off the alarm in the morning! When I booked the hotel and read they had breakfast included, I was only expecting a bog standard continental style buffet, and this is what we received. Food was very nice, and the pastries were warm, which was surprising, but everything met our needs, and we made sure we were up for breakfast each morning. My girlfriend and I are quite late sleepers, so the 6-10am breakfast slot was very helpful as it made it easier for us to eat in the morning instead of having to be up before a 8am cut off point as is the case with other European hotels. We left our luggage at the hotel, as they were very kind to keep it for us on the day of our departure. Upon check-out the staff were very kind in giving us a cute small packet of gummy bears each for our journey home - a small touch but a very considerate, that really made us value the staff even more. Not one staff member was rude or uninterested in our well-being, and we truly appreciated that throughout our stay. I would 110% recommend staying at this hotel - perfect location in the city centre, perfect price for a budget trip, and incredible staff. All coming together to give us the perfect stay.

Stayed here from the 10th-12th April and had a very good stay. The room was ok, with a view of the courtyard. Room was very warm and air con didn’t seem to do much, however with the window open (had some sort of bf net on it) made such a difference. BBC channel was offered to us but did not work, (not like we were going to Berlin to watch telly, but would’ve been nice to have on in the background). Room came with sufficient tea and coffee but not enough milk, staff were VERY welcoming which is what you want. As I’ve been to Berlin before, I knew what I wanted to see and show off, however was going to use uber to get to certain landmarks but was not working on phones so asked reception and they told us about the 100 bus which got us to the Reichstag/Brandenburg gate sufficiently. Overall the hotel was nice, staff friendly and breakfast was good. In short distance of everything also. About a €35/€40 taxi ride from Schönefeld.

Friendly helpful staff Comfortable beds and pillows Excellent shower Extremely adequate breakfast One small gripe was the poor TV but too be honest I didnt miss it because we were out and about in the fantastic city and suburbs

The room was very clean. Staff was very kind and helpfull. Metro station around 10 min on foot. Excellent location near to the zoo. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of choices. Room cleaned every day

I spent 4 nights there and i enjoyed it without any complain. the staff was to friendly and always smiling in your face plus the room was comfort and clean. Also I've enjoyed their breakfast every morning. the only concern was my room view it would be much better if it's more open but fairly to mention that i book the slandered room & I didn't ask them to try to change it. overall it was a very good stay.

clean and cozy room was comfortable and quiet. individual room thermostat worked well and responsively. no in-room safe. wifi worked well for me. desk staff were helpful and spoke english well. good continental breakfast with coldcuts, cheeses, fruits, cereals, pastries, warm hardboiled eggs, toast, coffees, juices, and milk. something for everyone. if you sign up the night before to forego housekeeping service the next day, you will be offered a drink ticket for a complimentary evening cocktail at the bar.

We staid in this hotel in february 2018 for three night and we couldnt choose any better! Hotel it self is very cosy, makes u feel like home. Great location in central Berlin so we didnt even need to use the underground, wallking distance to the main parts of Berlin. Room was cosy and clean. Reception staff were amazing, everyone was very friendly, wellcoming and helpfull. Thank you for making our trip evan better!

Having travelled from Holland to Berlin in 6 hours by car... just up the A2 a man said.. Well trip achieved and the hotel receptionist was brill! Friendly and helpful.. Nice hotel nice location and with the weather at minus 15.. very warm rooms.. good facilities.. bat area nd breakfast area. Pricing was very good as well. Rooms were well fitted out, clean and tidy.. good sized bathrooms. Close to city easy access.

I have just stayed at the Holiday Inn Berlin City Centre West. Good location for buses to the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, etc - bus stops are within 100 yards. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had all what you need. I would stay again !

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Zoo and because it has rooms with connecting doors as we were traveling with smaller kids. The hotel was nice and clean and the rooms were of an okay size. The breakfast was a bit boring and without standards like scrabbled eggs and bacon or sausages. Next time I’m in Berlin I’ll book a hotel near Alexanderplatz only due to the location
