This place is 100% a hostel and it's slightly deceiving to have hotel in the title. My days of staying in hostels are long over and I stayed here purely because I had to use up air miles or they expired. In saying this my stay was fine. I booked a private room with private bathroom but there was only hand soap, no shower gels or shampoo like normally in hotels. Room was very hot though and only way to keep it cool in evening was to open window but then it was noisy from outside. I was checked in and out by very pleasant staff, this place is very close to U7 subway line. Breakfast cost just over 6euro for all you can eat but I didn't fancy sharing with a bunch of crusty backpackers so I went every morning to the cafe next door which was delicious and very cheap. Would I stay here again?? No.

This hostel is The Place! The location and the service are very good. They have employees who speak 3 or 4 languages everyone, which is unbelievable. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are also big and clean. Breakfast is ok (all you can eat) and they have bread and coffee (good one) 24/7. We definitely enjoyed our time in Berlin thanks to their location and recommendations. Restaurants next to the hotel are pretty good too. 100% recommended.

Stayed here with 7 other friends over the New Year Period, as it was a good location and very cheap! The hostel is very clean, welcoming and warm. I was impressed at the cleanliness and the facilities. Free hot drinks available, and friendly, helpful staff. We were able to use the phones and book taxis. Free wifi available throughout the hostel. There is a nice area for socialising and playing games. I sleep with earplugs in generally but I don't think there was any noise at unsociable hours. Overall a fantastic place to stay short or long term- would reccommend!

We stayed 1 night in late December. Our room was super clean and comfortable and provided a pleasant refuge from the cold and dark winter day. I rarely sleep as hard as I did that night. Everything worked as it should. I really want to praise the staff. They were so friendly and helpful and really captured the essence of the holiday season.

We visit Acama Schöneberg Hotel with my children and a friend with her daughter. The room we ve booked for 5person was so cozy (very clean and warm) with comfortable beds! The staff was very friendly and a girl was speaking Greek for our surprice ! ! ! ! ! There was free tea and coffee for all. It is at very quite, nice neiborhoud and near at metro and bus station!

We booked double-bed room for two. We have received room with bunk bed and one separate bed. The room was ready only for one person (one towel, one set of sheets). When complaining at the recption, we were informed that they are sorry and received another set of sheets to prepare the second bed on our own, with remark that we can complain later. As we arrived at midnight and were leaving early in morning, there was no one to complain to. Moreover, there was problem with water, as in shower the water was only dripping with no chance to get proper shower. I understand that I booked hotel/hostel facility, but in comparison with other I have been to, this was real disappointment

Stayed here for 4 days. We had a double room with bathroom. Very clean, the beds were really comfortable. TV in the room but we didn't watch it as out most of the time. There was free WIFI in the lobby but we were also lucky enough to be able to connect in our room. Also free tea, coffee and biscuits downstairs. Breakfast was good, fantastic selection and plenty of food. Better than I have had in other European hotels which have cost twice as much. The staff were all friendly, helpful and polite. Great location too.

Very cheap accommodation and very clean. Perfect for a quick break on a budget. The staff in reception are all very friendly and are open to answering any questions. The rooms are more than adequate. It's right beside the Ubahn so very accessible. The only reason I didn't award a higher mark is because my room was not cleaned/towels replaced for the 3 nights that I stayed there.

Food is terrible, wouldn't even feed it to my dog. Wifi doesn't work. Staff are rude. The rooms are average, only good thing about them is that there is heating. The bathroom floods when you use the shower. The beds are actually quite comfortable and the duvets are thick which is good.

Nice cozy hotel/hostel in the gay district. Affordable price, clean room, free wifi in the lobby & tea/coffee. The only minus is the thin walls, but I didn't care. Stayed for 5 days, very satisfied. Definitely will chose again
