Overall, the property is very well equipped and clean, though is not new. A minor disappointment was the fact that the staff seemed not very welcoming, however, all our requests were solved.

Loved the place- great new hotel apartment..right next to Tube station- fully equipped apartment and laundry costs just 2 Euro per load (if you bring your own detergent) The only problem was that the main bedroom light was not working - we made do with the table lamps and despite complaining they only came to resolve the problem when we were checking out 2 days later
