I was happy with my stay, me and my husband stayed one night, I liked free parking and complimentary breakfast. The area wasn’t that bad or too great, The only things I didn’t like was a funny smell in my room, and I put the heater on and it never got warm I was freezing, bed is uncomfortable. Other than that good deal for the price

Facility was good, no access to fitness center due to covid so I can't rate that. Home made cookies in the evening were fantastic!
Great hotel! Early check in option with choice of what floor to be on, grab and go breakfast, high quality brand soaps in bathroom, extremely clean (I Lysol wiped everything and not a single spec of dust), soundproof walls (although I could hear the person upstairs stomping around), Friendly staff, free parking and WiFi (unlike other hotels in the area I’ve stayed at), extremely comfy bed! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

in the middle of a pandemic and in a city where masks are required. the staff reprimanded me for not having a mask yet would not provide me with one. mine fell on the ground as I got out of my car and became soiled. I didn't have any more. this is all on the side, what im most upset about is that the housekeeping staff doesn't wear a mask, standing next to me as the clerk is telling me I must wear one. I point to the bearded youth who does not have a mask on and the clerk just gaslights me. "oh, he's got a mask on", I repeat "he has an invisible mask". The clerk says again to me "he has a mask on". until I look directly at the young man and declare "you don't have a mask on, why would you think you can demand me to have one?" if the person who would and could be the vector of infection, being someone passing from room to room and touching sheets and toiletries doesn't have to wear a mask what is the point? The young man said to me "I dont have to wear a mask because I work with cleaning chemicals" as if that keeps his mouth from dripping the virus everywhere. how does that make any sense? get your story straight, I bet the public health people would love to find out about this lapse in protocol and how the hotel cares more about arguing with guests and being right than it is about public safety

Wouldn’t stay here again. Rooms smelled and felt outdated and dirty. Paid for a room I didn’t even get and front desk wouldn’t refund me. Highly disappointed.
A smell in hallway and room. For the price it was expected to be more fresh. And the homeless around the front of the outside was very troubling to my wife and my handicapped parking.. Being a disabled Veteran and staying overnight for my scheduled surgery very early on the 14th.
