The housekeeping didn’t clean very well. 3 people in our room, not enough towels left. No bedding for extra bed was left. Had to go to front desk as they kept taking things away.

Hard to find the hotel since I arrived after the shopping mall closed. Then as the concierge was sitting in the middle of a shopping space, I asked to make sure. View at breakfast was fabulous. Sheets had a disturbing musty smell.
Rooms were lovely, but tiny and impractical. Staff was very nice. They kept our luggage for free while we wandered for several hours before we could board our ship.
It was an unconventional hotel, being located in a mall. Despite that, the stay was pleasant - the staff were nice, the room was clean, breakfast was great!
Let’s just put it this way...if you are expecting a cleaning lady to bring you towels, shampoo, make beds or clean the large bird poop stained window (that you asked to be cleaned upon arrival so you could actually have a nice view of the town), then stay elsewhere. Not only were rooms not cleaned for the entire three evening duration of our stay, but the staff didn’t even attempt to rectify the situation. It’s such a shame too because the city is just gorgeous. Just wish we had a better hotel experience to match the rest of our trip. Or at the very least, had hotel staff that tried to fix the poor cleaning service.
