With a tour, I spent four nights, the service is excellent. Breakfast and dinner was included. Both very good. Rooms very good with views from balcony absolutely beautiful. As we arrived with a large group it was hard to use the elevator after check inn. The elevator is very small, it holds no more than 4 people and with luggage even less. The airconditioner was not turned on but with the windows open it was cold in the morning that was all that was needed. The shower is okay but not perfect. I would stay there again if I were in the area.

Spent 3 days in this hotel with my family. Lovely view from the room and very quiet. The hotel in general is very clean and the staff is friendly. Parking is not a problem. Hotel is set in a quiet location and landmarks can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Have a night in the hotel before a flight from Bergamo airport. A quit and pretty place for a moderate price. My room had a picteresque view of a river and mountains. I walked round the town in the evening finding a place to have dinner, as I didn't want to get it in the hotel. Found several cafes and a chinese restaurant where you can get "all inclusive" dinner for 18 euros.

Driving thru Italy we came across the Hotel Ventolosa and would recommend this family owned hotel to anyone wanting a great value for money. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was basic but plentiful. Antonio the owner was very helpful to us in confirming our next nights accommodation in Monterossa.

While we absolutely loved the location and the view of the river behind the hotel, the rooms and service were average. This isn't to say anything negative about the hotel, it just didn't wow us like some other places we stayed during our trip. The room price seemed a bit high for what we got but the freshly-baked croissants for the breakfast buffet were our favorite of the trip! We was pleasant waking up to the smell of the croissants being baked. Also, the hotel offers wifi internet for a charge which is a bit of a bummer but certainly not a a deal breaker. There weren't many restaurants in the neighborhood so plan to eat at the hotel restaurant or walk/drive a bit to get to something else.

Have had a perfect stay in this hotel during our trip to Bergamo! Nice staff, great room and perfect/beatiful roads in the area for us to explore. So when I'm going back to Italy and Bergamo this is my choise!!

We had a room for 42 euro for one night without breakfast because we had an early flight to catch. Room was small but newly furnished and it had a great view. We asked at the reception desk for a depon but nobody was able to try to find one!!! But our experience and value for price was great. It is 15 km from Bergamo airport but traffic is horrible at noon...!

This hotel it amazing! I thought when I first booked it, it was going to be a nice basic hotel, however, it turned out to be a hotel that surpasses all expectations. The staff are extremely helpful and approachable, the rooms are clean and spacious and the view from our window was the exact view on the publicity photos. The surrounding area was beautiful! I also have to comment on the food and wine. I could not understand how inexpensive the food was in comparison to the standard of food served. It was truly excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone and I would certainly go back.

The best thing about this hotel was the personnel; always helpful and smiling. Made us feel very welcome. The food was incredibly good and for a very reasonable price, too. The room was modern and clean with a nice decor and a view of the mountains. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Camera ben curata, tutto nuovo e molto pulito.
