Convenient for the airport and good with free parking but the hotel is very dated and rather unattractive. The shower pressure was very weak and the WiFi constantly cutting off. I would not recommend eating there, the food is only so so.
This hotel could never be classed as 4 star in a million years. The decor is very dated and doesn't reflect the photos they put on the website. The shower is tiny, the water pressure poor and not very clean. The internet is off and on especially in the evening. The staff are ok, but appear to be as frustrated as the guests.
Good for a night. Very close to Bergamo Airport. Room decor was a bit outdated but it was clean and confortable beds. The shower was a bit small for my taste. Breakfast buffet was ok. Staff was friendly. Parking is free.
The hotel it is good for business travelling. The location it is good and convenient. The hotel it is clean and the rooms are big. There is a car park, which is free for the hotel guests. The staff in the hotel are polite and overall it is a good hotel.
Quite clean and comfy Hotel, the bathroom is fine but the space for shower area too small for me, not really far from the Airport. Enjoy the paint Art exhibition when you stepping Go down and Go up to your room. They provided Sauna and wellness center as well, but such a pity there is no swimming pool for it called 4* Hotel. Nice breakfast.
This hotel has a smell inside they claim to be from the leather but it smells like mold. The air conditioned is very noisy and inefficient. The hall entrance is inviting but the smell of mold is all over the place. The try to push a breakfast that is poorly prepared and quite costly. Lastly, is close to a fully owned motel used by couples by the hours. Truly a place to avoid .
its a small but comfortable hotel - only lacking aspect is the food as there is no proper restaurant however the breakfast is reasonably good family room on top floor is excellent, good space and airy
Loved the decor of the reception area and the quirky art work on display. The check in was very slow in part due to the lack of staff and nothing else. The receptionist was very apologetic and efficient. A charming gentlemen, who was overworked. Our bedroom was clean and functional, the bed was very comfortable for me and I enjoyed a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless but had clearly been decorated in a different era to the rest of the hotel. Not a problem though, everything worked and the shower was very good. We eat in the hotel restaurant that evening but it was very clear that there was only one member of staff on that evening and he did a brilliant job of waiting on, cooking and dealing with the bar. We did hear him tell a few couples that there wasn't any opportunity for them to eat in the hotel that evening, but I feel that was because he was trying to provide a service single-handedly. The meal was hot and tasty and under the circumstances very good. Breakfast the following morning in the hotel was very good. Plenty of food, replenished frequently and several staff members of hand to ensure the service was efficient.
To be honest, nothing special, though the prices were reasonable. No ironing service, reception attendance was pretty slow. The room was a bit old, and mattresses likewise. Bathroom was ok. It's about a 2-3 stars hotel at the most I'd say.
We only stayed here for 1 night as we stopped from lake como to return back home. It was a new modern hotel from the outside to the rooms. It looked like you were in an art gallery as it had amazing design and details. The only downside is that the rooms did not have balconies and not great views but everything else was perfect. Breakfast was big with a large variety to choose from. Staff were great... room service menu fantastic and really good prices. I would stay there again.
