In the heart of Berck sur Mer, halfway between the town and the beach, this house has all the qualities required for a stay with family or friends by the sea. It is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room, dining room.
- A separate fitted/equipped kitchen.
- A separate toilet.
- A shower room.
- A bedroom equipped with a double bed.
Upstairs:
- A landing leading to two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed.
You will also have a courtyard with a garden at the back of the house.
You will be seduced by its location, its volumes, and its equipment.
Sheets are not included in the accommodation but can be provided for an additional charge of €10.00 to €22.00 depending on the dimensions of the desired set.
Bath towels and household linen are not included in the accommodation and cannot be provided.
Upon arrival, payment of the security deposit of €750.00 by bank imprint (not debited from your account) as well as your tourist tax will be to be regularized.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
- Sheet kit for 2 people: €20.
- KING SIZE bed sheet kit: €22.
