When we paid, we thought we were getting a 4* property, but it turned out to be a 2* property. While the listed per night price was reasonable, the additional 400 in fees was unreasonable. The property was described and a 3-2, but was really a 3/11/2 which meant everyone had to juggle shower times through 1 bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, there wasn't enough seating, the floors were very unlevel, and the fact that we weren't given the address or entrance codes until 5 minutes before check in was ridiculous. It would have been nice to actually know the address before we left home instead of having to park near public WIFI to find it out when we got to Bentonville. It took requesting 3 resets to the code before we actually got access which kept us waiting in the cold for 30 minutes after we should have been able to get in. Fortunately, Amy Owens came to our rescue and gave us codes that actually worked for the side door and internet. Totally started our trip off on the wrong foot.
