I had to make an unexpected visit to Fayetteville and stayed in Sleep Inn for four nights! I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was excellent; room was clean and cleaned every day; and windows could open for fresh air! (Am so tired of hotels where I have to breathe re-cycled air)! The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot which all were useful for the meals I did not want to eat in a restaurant. All in all the stay was very comfortable and when I had a concern about a minor issue, they took care of it immediately! Definitely would stay there again. My only suggestion would be to upgrade and update their carpet throughout the building. It's looking tired.
I stayed at this hotel many of time during I visit my son in Fayetteville university of Arkansas. Every one I come in eye contact whoever work here are genius , nice room and best breakfast . I love their gravy . I never disappoint during my stay . Well kept hotel in area .
There was really nothing wrong with the hotel. Staff was friendly & helpful. Room clean. Bed & linens acceptable. Towels were small/cheap but I had plenty of them. Breakfast was good but got repetitious after a few mornings of the same stuff. The web site said there was a small frig in the room I selected & there was not. I was there for business & my desk chair would not stay raised high enough for me to work comfortably on my laptop (I'm short). It is a good central location. I would stay again but will make sure I have a comfortable chair & refrigerator.
I took my friend to have surgery in Fayetteville and we stayed here. Her and I for one night and I by myself for a second. The hotel rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, and the location was convenient! I had a wonderful stay and would stay again if I came back! I definitely recommend this hotel!
The rooms were fine. Several family members stayed here for 2 nights. The weather was horrible, but the staff was incredibly helpful. I have never stayed at a Sleep Inn before and was not sure what to expect. There were no problems. My spouse had the breakfast and thought it was OK.
This hotel is in a great location with restaurants in walking distance. A mall, grocery and nice park all very short drive away also. Easy highway access too. This hotel does allow pets and does not have a weight limit unlike some other ones, I did not have a pet with me so can't offer more on that. The staff is extremely friendly. The price is a good value. There is no workout room and very small lobby. The only negative is that I was there for 3 nights and never had housekeeping service. I went down to the front desk and exchanged my towels for clean and got some TP and informed them that my room wasn't cleaned, they said they would see that it was the next day, but again it was not. I did have my do not disturb sign out until 9:30-10 am but left each day after that and returned late so maybe you have to get service early.
This place is inexpensive but clean and safe. Every staff person we met was helpful and friendly. The rooms are designed to save space. There's no place for children to run around in the room, and there's only the desk chair for sitting in. The bathroom has only a shower, but the shower is fortunatly larger than it first appears to be.
Our room was good - pretty, good bed, good bedding, no complaints. We set air conditioning on 68 derees, woke up hot at 3 a.m. So either the a.c. is off or people who stay should select colder than normal setting on a.c. unit. The bathroom was small, but ok. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very good. Location is near restaurants. Would stay here again.
My family and I stayed here for a weekend stay and we were quite happy. The value - quality to price was exactly what we were looking for. The room was nice, service was friendly, the hotel was well maintained, and we were happy with the complimentary breakfast selection. We'll likely stay again if we're in Fayetteville in the future.
I stayed here at this hotel because someone made the reservations. We had a family emergency and a loved one was in the hospital. My family occupied 8 rooms on two floors. I was in a room by myself. I did feel safe and being a female traveling alone that is very important. Room was clean and nice. Ammenties were available and the front desk staff made offers of more if needed. The breakfast was good. The lady maintaining the breakfast was super nice and tried very hard to make sure we were pleased. I was very pleased with this hotel, the staff, and the cost.
