We visited Rogers last year and found MainStay Suites on Trip Advisor. The rates are excellent, and the customer service here is unsurpassed! Joshua is super friendly and worked hard to accommodate our needs because the hotel was nearly booked full. The rest of the staff was also helpful and friendly. The beds are comfy and the kitchenette is nice. We visited Crystal Bridges and it took less than 10 minutes to get there from here. So convenient. We will be back!

This is my third time staying in this hotel for work, and this staff is amazing! They always go above and beyond to ensure your have everything you need for a good stay. Especially Mrs. Judy!! Thank you very much!
Very friendly service; they go the extra mile. Located near lots of good restaurants. This was my second stay here and I am looking forward to my next visit for my company. I appreciate the happy hour in the lobby. Their server does a fantastic job.
This is a much nicer property than we usually stay in. But the price got us in the door, and we had a fabulous experience. The location is unusual. In one direction we walked to a restaurant, and in the other direction was a lovely country road. The hotel itself was flawless. We'd stay in a place like this every time if we could.
I'm a Choice Hotel member, but this was my first stay at a MainStay Suites hotel. The staff was very welcoming, the room very clean, and the bed high for a short person but comfortable. The problem came when someone tried to get in my room around 10:15 when I was asleep. By the time I got to the door and said....you have the wrong room, they had apparently left. I figured the person or people had just not paid attention to the room # and realized the error when they couldn't get in. I returned to bed and about 10-15 minutes later someone was again trying to get into my room. By the time I got to the door they had managed to open it. Fortunately, I had the dead bolt across it and entry couldn't be made. After I not to politely said there was someone in the room and a woman apologized, I was frightened and somewhat stunned. Someone would have gotten in if I hadn't hadn't used the dead bolt. When I checked out in the morning, the desk clerk told me there was a computer problem and that was apparently the cause of the problem with someone being given key cards to my room. She gave me the business card of the manager, and I talked with him today (10-30-2017). He apologized but not so sure that fixes anything. My suggestion to him and to Choice Hotels.......you/they need to not just rely on the computer. Write down on paper which rooms have been assigned in case the computer stops working. Even the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, with all of their timing technology, still has people tracking driver positions the old fashion way...with paper and pencil.
The staff was great ,my wife arrived first and the dummy I am I didn't tell them that detail. They called me and pulled me right out of the doghouse. Room was clean bed was great breakfast was good but our air conditioner sucked. Great staff thank you again
I typically stay in Fayetteville however all hotels were booked so I chose the Mainstay in Rogers. The hotel was fabulous, great location, fabulous staff, comfortable room and great breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!
Had a great visit to NWA. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast included hot biscuits and gravy, along with fresh juice and good coffee. Room was plenty big for the four of us.
We stayed 2 nights while in Rogers. The room was wonderful with a king bed, loveseat, TV, coffee table, walk-in closet, nice bath with long countertop, kitchenette with a 2 burner stove, sink, medium sized (not dorm size) refrigerator, and a microwave. It included a nice breakfast with eggs, bacon, rolls, bagels, biscuits and gravy......all for only $68.00 per night! What a bargain! We will be looking for MainStay Suites for future travel.
