The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hot breakfast was very good. The location was close to several places to eat (one of my favorites-Zaxby’s-was right next door).
Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, room was very clean and coffee was good.
Staff was great. Upgraded my family and I to a Suite. even though they didn't have to. Will defiantly stay again.
Good place for us to stay as they allow pets. Get a hot breakfast ( instead of paper bag we’ve gotten at other places). You can take to your room or there were a couple of tables spaced far apart that you could eat at. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel was very comfortable, especially the beds and linens. The room was clean as well and the staff very friendly and breakfast was great. The negatives were as follows: -the pool was freezing and dirty. The water was very cloudy and smelled too strong of chlorine. The hot tub was also dirty and not actually hot. - Understandably, the cleaning crew did not enter rooms due to covid while guests were there but they also didn’t proactively reach out during my stay to ask if we needed anything. We had to request towels, garbage bags and linen bags and we didn’t know where to put the garbage bags when done. Also, we had to ask for an ice bucket.
The only thing to complain was the cleanliness of the room. It was dusty, old pieces of trash under the bed (I dropped my phone under it and had to look) the hairdryer was full of lint and the worst of all the “comforter “ was dirty and stained so obviously it wasn’t changed when the room was serviced.
